Q: what age for umbrellas is right for different ones?

I purchased an umbrella for my 4 year old granddaughter and she followed our instructions. Children are all different so if your child is responsible and careful at 3 the kids umbrellas are great. The sharp ends are covered with plastic that is large enough to not harm them. Again it depends on the child.

Q: Is this too smal for a 10 year old?

This was a gift for a 4 year old when I bought it, and it was a good size for her and should still be a good size for a few more years. I can't speak to the "fit" for a ten year old, however. The product was really nice and of good quality.

Q: how long and wide is this umbrella?

This thing is tiny...for a kid...small kid
