Saw Spirit Houses in Thailand, and wanted one for our yard. Ordered this one from Thailand through Amazon, and it was so nice we decided to keep it in the house. Fast delivery, well packaged. I'm not sure spirits exist, but if they do, they should be happy.

This replaces one we brought back from Thailand 20 years ago. So happy to find an authentic replacement. It arrived in excellent condition

We live in Norway, but we wanted a Thai spirit house for our garden. Last time we were in Thailand we had to search high and low - most spirit houses are huge and made out of cement... we needed something we could take on a plane. Alas. When we got home I searched Amazon and found several attractive houses, and this one is perfect. It looks nicely made and has kind of a natural oil finish. Same color wood as depicted. I haven't measured it, but guess it is about 16 inches /40 cm high or so. Great to have in a niche in the garden entrance.

Recommend! Love this spirit house. The carved details match the product picture. It is well constructed and finished. Box was damp on bottom (not seller fault) but thanks to secure packaging in styrofoam, the house was dry and in perfect shape. Seems to be treated/sealed for outdoor use. We plan to keep it indoors. We traveled to Thailand last year and saw spirit houses everywhere but due to size, we did not buy one that we would have needed to carry on plane. Delighted to find this handmade house on Amazon. It did take extra time for shipping - but shipping was free and seller kept in touch.

Love this rather small spirit house. The word “large” is a bit of a misnomer. But the craftsmanship is lovely. It was packaged beautifully and arrived quickly considering it was coming from Thailand during a pandemic. I got it months sooner than my convection oven! But more importantly, it arrived safe and sound. It’s perfect.

I first saw Spirit houses in the late 60's when I was stationed at Korat RTAFB. I had been looking for one for a long time. The stores here in San Antonio just wanted too much and the quality was not good.The craftsmanship on this house is very good. I need to make a small stand covered with red and gold material to really show off this little gem. It did take a little more than two weeks to get here but well worth the wait.

The two spirit houses I ordered arrived very quickly and both in excellent condition. They were packed so carefully with styrofoam blocks taped to the inside of the box to protect fragile peaks,etc. They are beautiful with very delicate carving and handwork. I expected to mount it outside as is the traditional method, but this spirit house is so beautiful that my sister and I are going to display them indoors with a little light inside. The beauty of this spirit house reminds us of the beauty and kindness of the Thai people.

Our spirit house arrived a couple of weeks ago and we have taken our time preparing it for its home in our Peace Garden at the front of our home. We recently treated it inside and out with teak oil and as it dried, the exterior lightened in places revealing more so the beautiful lines and carvings of the little temple. The spirit house now is present in the garden.
