So disappointed, Cinnamoroll and co are useless tiny charms not ornaments as advertised.
This is NOTHING like the images. Amazon REALLY NEED TO VET sellers and ensure what they sell is as advertised as they are the company we are pay money to and make our purchase from even if they are acting as a conduit for sellers! If I hadn’t opened this now to check in excitement of my daughter opening on 1st December I’d have had no idea. I don’t even know what’s she’s supposed to do with them. We had secretly prepared a display area for them and everything. They are cheap rubbery material( a bit like crocs shoe decorations in size and material) with a hole in the top as if they are meant to be used as charm in someway?! Please refund this immediately, I’m not paying the postage to return and will be taking this further with Amazon it’s just not acceptable.Whilst some are similar to the character it’s supposed to be others are totally unidentifiable eg Pom Pom Purin and there’s no little frog or bird etc…as advertised. This is totally false advertising and it’s upto Amazon to check what they sell is genuine and matches the product description.
