I was looking for a Bible cover and couldn't find one with the dimensions that would work. I wanted leather, and I wanted something that would just protect the Bible cover from getting worn out without adding bulk and too much weight. I found this, and the dimensions were exactly the size I needed and I absolutely love the color. I was hoping it would work, and I am not disappointed. When it came, the front cover was distressed or flawed already as seen in picture, which I am not pleased about at all, but it is leather and leather will become distressed over time anyway, I just wish it hadn't come already that way. But otherwise this is absolutely a great purchase and I'm sharing in case someone else wants to know if it will work for other books than intended.

i use this for work as a nice notebook to keep track of all my stuff. I like that i can customize it for daily planner and just regular notes. Love it!

Unlike another review, my TN arrived soft. It had scratches which I was able to 'remove' by rubbing with my fingers. I like the green color, and I would get another in a different color (waiting for a sale). One star off for the knots of the strings.

Good value for your dollar.

This is a good journal cover for the price. It’s unique because of the color and the inner bands, which allows you to insert multiple notebooks. It’s not a sophisticated system or anything, just simple elastics tied in knots, and again it’s comparatively cheap.The leather, however, was very dry and hard. I have no idea how this item didn’t straight up crumble in my hands. It was probably stored in the Amazon warehouse and that’s not optimal storage for a genuine leather item, even if it’s “cheap” genuine leather. It was very stiff and had multiple marks from storage, and it was easy to scratch because it was so dry.I recommend getting a leather conditioner or balm like https://www.amazon.com/Bickmore-Bick-Leather-Conditioner-2oz/dp/B00E6M5WAG and then conditioning the cover several times. You can see the before and after in photos.I also wish it had more “overhang” away from the vertical edge of the inserted notebooks. The edge is too flush.Edit: Dropping my rating from 4 to 3. It's a so-so cover—I think if you invested a little more, you could get a much, much better and much more functional cover for your notebooks. i don't regret buying it but i also don't recommend it unless you really like the look and design.

The clean look of simple design is sophistication! It feels nice in the hand with a well balanced look when full; not bulky thick leather, and not floppy thin. I wanted a color that was different enough but not obnoxious and the green doesn’t disappoint. This picky person is very happy to be seen with this everywhere I go.

The cover is made of nice full-grain leather, and looks great.Inside, there are elastic bands to hold up to 3 individual notebooks (like a standard A5 craft notebook), or you can get some of your preferred loose-leaf paper (A4/Letter), fold it in half, and use that instead. This means you could have a lined "journal" notebook, a plain-paper "doodle" notebook, and a heavy paper "sketching" notebook, all in the same cover easy to keep track of.The bands are all easy to remove, which means they'll be easy to replace if they wear out and lose their stretchiness.There's also a smaller band that loops around the cover to keep it closed when you throw it in a bag or something.You could easily add pen/pencil/etc. storage, either by modifying the cover (add slits to slide a pen cap into) or just looping a pen case through one of the bands. Though if you do this, you may want something that's easy to remove, so you're not trying to write/draw with something lumpy behind the pages.

Nice piece of leather for journal fillers. Elastic bands for holding the fillers are of good weight. The front pocket is well sewn to the cover. Soft vegetable tanned leather.

Das Ledercover kam hier deutlich früher als erwartet. Die Verpackung war ordentlich, gewissenhaft und äußerlich einwandfrei.Das Cover war allerdings alles andere als neu, es ist völlig zerkratzt, die Kratzer sind teils recht tief, innen wie außen voll mit widerlichen, braunen und schleimigen Flecken.. Das ist äußerst schade, denn wäre das Cover neu und unbeschädigt, hätte es Potential für eine Topbewertung. Die Farbe ist wirklich wunderschön, es ist ein tolles dunkles Grün und im inneren hätte es gut Platz für 3 DIN A5 Hefte, nicht nur für die ganz schmale Reiseheftchen.
