This is a quality frame for the price. I looked and looked for 27x40's and you're either going to get something very cheap and flimsy or it's going to cost you for a quality glass and wood frame. This frame sits somewhere in the middle. It's by no means a super high quality frame, but for movie posters or other art it's economic and it protects the poster. The frame is sturdy and the backing is thick. It takes awhile to get it unpackaged; the metal tabs on the back are tedious to work. You have to screw in the hardware and it comes with wire if you want to hang it. This frame is not intended to be for rotating posters. I plan to just keep a single poster in them and never replace. I'm happy with this and plan on buying more of them.

I recently assembled a puzzle in the shape of a horse's head. It was so attractive I decided to frame it. Target listed a flimsier frame for posters that didn't look like it would handle the thickness of a puzzle. The frame from Amazon was ideal. It has a nicely shaped wood frame and includes poster board. I was able to glue the back of the puzzle and it adhered very well to the middle poster board. The back of the frame uses fold-over metal clips, so it was no problem to accommodate the extra thickness of the puzzle. It's hung near a window, and there is a glare if you don't look straight on. The frame arrives fully assembled in a well protected cardboard carton. It's a winner.

I ordered two of these frames with some trepidation because they hadn't been reviewed before, but they are as advertised - sturdy wood frames with clear acrylic in front. They arrived in good condition, and are far better than the cheap craft store poster frames I had been trying to use and finally gave up on. Free shipping is a definite plus. I looked at another website that does similar frames, and although the frames themselves were priced about the same, that website wanted $100 for shipping. Very glad I found this product instead. One star off because there is a bit of a gap at some of the corners, but I doubt it will be noticeable once the frames are on the wall.

I bought this to place a puzzle of an antique world map that my husband bought me for our anniversary. It fit perfectly and I am very pleased with the way it looks!

I thought ibread that this frame came with glass. Instead it came with a thin sheet of plexi...though thr shipping box said it had glass inside.It did the job. Wont bumy from this seller again becaise of the misrepresentation in thr description.

Loved the frame! It comes with a hard very stable mat (white) but if you contact the shop they said they can have it in black mat too! As you can see it is not anti-glare but it is very very securely packaged! I think for the price and for the size of this such a quality product! Definitely recommended! also it is thick enough to hold a 1000-piece puzzle !

Very nice, high quality, solid wood frame! The poster fit perfect and looks great! It was well packaged with blue protective film covering both sides of the UV acrylic. Great price for such a large frame of this quality. Would highly recommend.
