But this for hooking up your vcr before you buy any other cable

Great little converter!
I got this little puppy all hooked up and was waiting for the magic to happened. It didn't. I fiddled around with my TV which kept saying that there was no signal. I became very frustrated as I am not technical and not much on reading instructions. Then, in the kitchen on the floor I spotted it... the little Micro USB cable which had fallen there when I opened the package. Plugged it in and...magic! Very happy with this adapter.

Works great
We're using it to play our old Wii on our new TV that only has hdmi ports. Works great! Came with an HDMI cable, which was nice. The USB cable for power is kind of short, so be aware of that.

Great buy
This item made it easier for putting surround sound in my travel trailer. Since removing the stock radio and putting a DVD player in place, I am now able to watch TV with surround sound in my camper perfectly.

Bad instructions
Not a techy but I do manage to get most stuff connected. This has no real instructions with the product. I had to go back to my order to find out how to finish the set up. (I actually was looking for the return option when I ran across the missing instructions.)

Works as intended. Quality? Its okay...it's VHS to Hdmi...cant expect too much. But can watch some old home movies.
