These dietary supplements work but I suggest you take precautions. They are not too big, pretty easy to swallow and it does have a bit of an after taste, but it is honestly noy overbearing at all. They suggest to take 1 tablet for 15 days at bedtime with 8 ounces of water and I want to stress.....MAKE SURE YOU ARE DRINKING YOUR WATER. After day 3 is when I started to having an effect to it, they kept me in the restroom all day but I am not good when it comes to drinking water. It is a cleanse so I know that's what suppose to happen but it make me want to take a break after just 3 days and I just boiled it down to the fact that I don't drink a lot of water overall. Of course I drank water with the pill but I should've been drinking much more. I will be trying it again after about 6 to 8 weeks like the bottle suggest but I do see a bit of less bloating so I am looking forward to trying it again. I recommend just making sure your are near a restroom and if you are like me, make sure you drink plenty of water, not just the 8 ounces with the pill but throughout the day.

Cape aloe was recommended by my functional medicine physician. I ordered this brand in lieu of the one I normally order. I must return to the original. This brand was not effective.
