do not trust you or your employees safety on this crap. the first roll went on fine,however it does NOT glow in the dark.These rolls were suppose to be 19 feet however the second roll was spliced with scotch tape at 14 feet. i ordered 19 foot roll because thats what i needed. Then the second roll cracked in several locations and would not stick to any thing!!!

Glows and grips.
This DOES glow in the dark. Both from natural light and from when I shine a UV / black light LED flashlight on it. I put it on the stairs of my kids' loft beds and it works perfectly to help them see the steps in the dark as well as have a grippy surface to step on.

Perfect to light up dangerous steps!
It is hard enough for me to find a good glow in the dark tape and I never thought of finding one that is anti-slip. I have steps on my patio that can't be seen in the dark. Paint worked poorly and temporarily. Some tapes were ok but I later discovered they could be slippery. This is perfect. It glows great and it is really non-slip.

It worked great for a couple of weeks
I wanted to use this on a step that people miss coming into my home. It worked great for a couple of weeks, but I think the heat and the fact that it was not a smooth surface, it did not last very long. I think it would work great on a smooth surface.
