The keychain and bag were a bonus.The case is of good quality. The zipper is smooth and a stethoscope fits perfectly in the case. The case is semi-hard so it offers great protection to your stethoscope.The cup is awesome. It keeps drinks hot or cold for hours. The powder coated paint is of great quality. The cup alone is worth the price of this entire set as I've spent more on a cup of similar quality.The bag is a good quality canvas material.
