I regret to report that my experience with the YOSUDA High-End Elliptical Machine, purchased from MASOU in December 2023, has been deeply unsatisfactory. The equipment arrived with functional defects that rendered it unusable from the outset.Despite reaching out to MASOU for assistance, the support provided was ineffectual. The solutions proposed by their team failed to rectify the issue, despite my diligent efforts to follow their guidance. Their response was not only inadequate but also infrequent, leading to prolonged periods of silence and inaction.Moreover, a quick glance through other customer reviews reveals a worrying pattern of similar experiences, suggesting that my incident is not an isolated case but rather indicative of a broader quality control problem with this product.The company's failure to acknowledge the defect, provide adequate support, or facilitate a return and refund, has left me with no choice but to issue this public warning to potential buyers. It is disappointing that MASOU has not lived up to the expected standards of quality and customer service.I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller based on my experience. If you're considering buying a YOSUDA High-End Elliptical Machine, please be aware that you might encounter significant difficulties should you need after-sales support.Buyers beware: a purchase here might lead you down a path of frustration and wasted time and money. I am now taking further action to escalate this issue through Amazon and considering legal avenues to seek a resolution.

Great elliptical

The media could not be loaded.  After reading lots of Amazon reviews, I ordered the Yosuda High-End Elliptical Machine. I know Yosuda had an excellent reputation, this was a new model, I figured Yosuda might have learned from previous experience. Assembling the machine was what it was. Indecipherable instructions but you can figure it out from the YouTube video. The day after it was assembled, the machine started squeaking. Then it got louder -- you could hear it from the kitchen, from two rooms away over the TV. I contacted Yosuda customer service. I sent them a video. Rinse & repeat. Now it's a week later & I'm buying Super Lube, dissembling parts, reassembling them. A new project, just what I wanted. Now the squeaking turned into grinding. More fun with Yosuda customer service. Finally I decided to cut my losses & had the the delightful experience of repackaging the 160 pound machine in an insanely small box. Aside from the workout involved in lugging the *$%%# thing to UPS, it's been a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Maybe they'll have worked out the kinks in the next version.

I received and assembled the unit on the 22nd of December, after assembly I discovered that the resistance adjustment did not work, so I emailed Amazon and the Customer Service rep @ Yosuda and to this day have not received a response. I troubleshot the problem myself which the manufacturer could have provided a few simple steps in the assembly instructions to prevent this problem from happening, also the cup holder cracked and is made from very thin plastic and the display screen is angled in a way that makes it difficult to read while working out, I purchased this unit for the price and what appeared to be great customer service by previous reviews but I must say I am disappointed by their lack of communication.

Update 1/11 - went through and really tightened up a bunch of screws (might take them out and put lock tight on them). Turned out the squeak was from the main column rubbing on the plastic covering for the fly wheel. Once I really cranked down those screws, it went away completely. So much more pleasant to use now.I have this in my basement. Everybody in the house knows when I'm using it because it squeaks EXTREMELY LOUDLY. Also, one of the screws holding the horizontal rails together keeps on coming loose. I got it on sale, so there is no way I am going to pack this thing back up and drag it back to the ups store. I had to take it down to my basement piece by piece. Won't buy cheap next time.

The media could not be loaded.  The elliptical wasn’t what I expected. The resistance couldn’t be adjusted from a level 1 to 16. I wrote to the customer service with a video with the elliptical making squeaky noise but they said the video was not clear. The video clearly depicts the problem. Then I had to shoot another video and show them that the right side was still wobbling. Initially the right bolt kept coming out, and then they said it had been installed backwards from the factory (not our fault), now they are saying to reinstall it again. I'm really frustrated at being told to keep tightening things, when I can't anymore, they are already tight enough.

This products squeaks so bad and the shaft that holds the monitor and legs moves a bunch. I’ve tightened down all the bolts and this doesn’t help. There just isn’t enough support on the little shelf to hold everything it needs to. I’m sorry to say but I think I’m going to have to package it back up and send it back. Such a pain and a waste of m time.

They claim The product is 90% complete. It’s a lie. Do not buy this product unless you want to spend a half a day wasting time putting it together.
