Screw missing
Being able to use it for old age people missing a safety screw is not acceptable.

Fixef Brakes option not available
The product is ok. Only one very important thing missing is the static brake option.. that is when one has to sit or get up one has to hold and pull up brakes..there is no option for a fixed brake.

Compact and strong
Width being relatively smaller, it can pass through narrow passages.Because our floor tiles are smooth, there is not enough friction while using it. Elderly people might feel like it'd go too fast.

Very unstable as a walker
I have used it as a walker but hvae leaned on it. The wheels are too flimsy.............cannot take the weight of an 74 year young man of 86 kgs weight. Very bad buy
