This vpart wig is really soft while wet. I use the crochet method so i didn't have to try blending it in with my natural hair. Just wet and go!! But, it is too big for my head. I sewed down the back instead using the combs.

I'm giving this one more star because I'm happy with wearing the wig. However, the top and back do not seem to be similar enough to style the same. The back seems to be either heavily coated or synthetic. It does not behave the same with washing/water.As some others have said, brush it out and give it a good wash before judging the fullness.

I purchase wigs quite often and I’d been looking for a longer kinky curly wig that didn’t have lace or a headband. I previously purchased the headband wig from ISEE and was impressed with it so after reading through reviews on the V-part, I decided to take a chance.This wig is bomb! The picture is the unit on my head straight out of the box and with minimal leave out. The texture is really nice (FYI, not very kinky but you can tease it and get more volume…kinda rough it up a bit), it’s light and soft, minimal shedding, no smell. Also with me having black hair (between 1 and 1b), it matches very well so I don’t have to dye like I normally do (may vary based on your hair color though).I will say that if you’re 4B/4C, you will more than likely have difficulty blending if you plan on having leave out. It is possible if you use some edge control to straighten out and finger curl your hair to make it match or do a twist or braid out with your hair and the wig hair with some type of product that will mold it well. This is my tip for minimal leave out through (what I did in the picture): bring the pairs of clips together in the middle with no part and clip them down (so most of your hair is under the wig), then bring some of the hair from one side to the other. Pull out a tiny bit of leave out on the edges and use edge control to lay those. It is virtually unclockable! Obviously this method means it will be hard to wear it with a defined part or with the hair in the middle (vs. parted to one side), but it is truly a seamless way to wear it. This will be perfect for summertime - really anytime!

This wig came with me to Jamaica, and it was okay. It was very soft but initially opening it, it def was not kinky textured like the description. It was more like water wave, CURLY which is pretty but doesn’t match. Overall, it’s soft, manageable, didn’t matte up, and it’s nice ! It was darker than natural hair too though.

Shipping of this product was great. If it says overnight or same day this is true. I ordered mines around 11pm-12am and it was at my door by 5pm same day.Now the wig itself needs some reconstruction. I ordered an 18in because I wanted a little length after I cut and shape it. Since I wear a lot of vpart wigs I know they usually need to be shaped to frame the face. This length did not appear to be 18in straight out the pack. It was shorter in the back and longer in the front but I could tell if I did not shape the hair it would look funny. So, I’m sure after having to cut it, it was closer to 12in-16in around the head. I washed, conditioned, moisturized, and added a styling foam. There was minimal shedding during this period. I decided to wear mines with leave out because I’m not into the vpart being worn like a regular wig or the crochet method. This took some time because I thought the wig texture was going to be kinky curly. One of the answers to the questions said it was. Unfortunately it is NOT. It is more of a Jheri (Jerry) Curl. Maybe if you have looser textured curls it will blend fine. If I had the time, I would have needed to blow out and flexi rod my leave out to blend. I did not have the time, so I had to blend it with water, styling gel and a hard bristle brush.TLDR: All in all, I give this wig a 3 out of 5 stars. The shipping was fine. It’s doable as a work wig or quick errands wig. You will have to shape it and define the curls more. I do not like that the length and texture were not accurate to the description. I also know I may have to replace the clips because they do not snap open and close easily like my other clips from other vpart wigs.
