Keto brownies. Get these now!
During this quarantine, one goal I’ve set for myself has been to try a Ketogenic lifestyle to get healthy and lose weight. Especially after plateauing after binging on junk food at first and reaching an all time weight high on cheap fast foods. I was going insane with low carbs (I love dessert), but thankfully I ordered these brownies. They did take a while to ship to me, but once I was able to make them it was so worth it. I used butter, eggs, and added some Stevia packets to sweeten it. I ate one of the brownies ten minutes out of the oven and it was so ooey gooey delicious. It solidifies and gets deliciously decadent if you leave it in the fridge overnight. The best part is making the brownie mix and having brownie mix covered bowl and spoon. But again, I added 5 packs of Stevia to one bag of this mix, because hey I love sweets and this made it sweet enough to make me happy. It’s been about a month since I got my brownie mix, and eating a brownie a day (I cut one bag brownie batch into 12 pieces) hasn’t kicked me out of Ketosis and I’m still losing weight. Not saying it will work for everyone, but it’s a nice treat for someone on Keto who needs a little pick me up. I recommend being like Michael Scott and parceling them up to eat them later on at my leisure, much healthier (just avoid Toby and The Annex). I cut one bag batch of brownies into 12 pieces for portion control, freeze half and leave half in the fridge to eat. Yes, the mix is a little expensive, but if you portion it out, I think it’s a nice little treat for yourself. Have a nice day and thank you for the wonderful product!!

So glad I found these!!
Love, love, love these brownies!! I’m a recent convert to Keto lifestyle and still struggle with the occasional craving for sweets - this time it was brownies and this brownie mix saved the day!! I was surprised at how much butter went into the mix but I’m a firm believer that butter makes most things taste better! Ha! I created cheesecake brownies using this mix and needed to leave the brownies in the oven for about 45 min. They were so delicious I had to hide the brownie pan - from myself! Super moist and delicious, these brownies killed my cravings instantly! You won’t be disappointed. For those that may be interested, the cheesecake brownie recipe:- 1 pkg prepared Keto and Co brownie mix- Grease bottom and sides of 8x8 pan and pour brownie mix in pan (set aside 1/2 cup brownie mix)- 8oz cream cheese- 1/3 cup alternative sweetener of choice (I used powered erythritol)- 1 tsp vanilla extractBlend cream cheese, sweetener and vanilla together then pour on top of prepared brownie mix, spread to cover brownie mixPour reserved 1/2 cup brownie butter on top of cream cheese; use a knife, toothpick, or desired tool to swirl brownie mixWith 16 servings (per brownie mix package), and even with cream cheese, net carbs are only 1.5 per serving!

First time trying it. Overall, I recommend. I tried it hot out the oven, and it tasted like a coconut brownie. Not my favorite. Then when it cooled down, I ended up heating it up and eating it with Keto ice cream (named Rebel - look it up if you don’t know about it. It is DELICIOUS). Did not like it hot with ice cream. Then I tried what another reviewer said. Let it chill overnight in the fridge and it was delicious the next day! I know I ate like 5. Smooth and chewy like fudge/thick brownie. This is the winner. Expensive when you compare it to going in the store and buying a $3 box of Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker but it’s a specialty item, so I expect this. Now, about this giant chunks of rock salt that ive seen in a lot of reviews......I didn’t see that in mine BUT I’ll say this. I noticed a lot of people said as they were mixing it, they didn’t see anything, but after breaking the brownies open, they saw them. Well, as I mixed it with an electronic handheld mixer, I was searching hard for pieces of salt. Never saw any. But I mixed longer than normal just in case and did a lot of stirring. When I broke open the brownies later, I can say I didn’t see huge chunks but I saw what looked like it would have been a chunk. It was broken up into much smaller pieces and I could tell that’s what it would have been. I also didn’t taste any salt in my brownies either. They were delicious to be a Keto brownie. Overall, buy them. Eat them the next day after they’ve cooled in the fridge. And when you mix, maybe mix a little longer!

Delicious and Easy to Make
This is so delicious and easy to make. I make this with ChocZero chocolate chips sometimes because it's so good together. I just love how yummy this is but since it does use some erythritol, I can't eat a whole lot since that can cause me GI upset. I am just glad it's mixed with monk fruit as that does make things taste a lot better than the mixes with just erythritol or stevia as sweeteners.

Tastes fantastic/ Something my body doesn't like/ resistant maltodextrin vs maltodextrin
Some people here are misinformed and a quick Google search will tell you that soluble corn fiber is only a 25 on the index and not likely to kick you of ketosis or be bad for a diabetic. Soluble corn fiber is RESISTANT MALTODEXTRIN. Many people confuse resistant maltodextrin with maltodextrin because both are made from corn. But resistant maltodextrin bypasses the normal digestive process and instead ferments in the large intestine. Maltodextrin, on the other hand, can be absorbed during digestion and may cause spikes in your blood sugar that could kick you out of ketosis.I was worried that this would be too cake like because it requires 3 eggs but it also requires 3/4 cup of butter and that's a lot! It was very much like a normal brownie. The batter was much less thick than Lakanto and not as moist after baked. I loaded it up with LIly's chocolate chips and made it the same way as I made the Lakanto (twice now) in the brownie pan (12 squares) by putting a dollop of peanut butter in the center of some and I also had some sugar free Nutella-like product (Nuti Light which is hazelnut + dark chocolate) and I added that to a few instead of peanut butter.Anyway, they smell great and taste great and have less of an aftertaste than Lakanto but not the rich/dark flavor. Very much like 'regular' brownies! However, after eating one I had a headache (which happens when I'm sensitive to something). It went away after a few hours and before bed I took another big bite because I wanted to know how hard they got in the fridge (not nearly as hard as Lakanto but I like them hard and crunchy) and it still tasted really great but as I was lying in bed my headache came back! I'm sensitive to some things and I'm thinking one of the ingredients in this just didn't agree with me. It's sweetened by something called 'Wondrose: which contains Erythritol, soluble corn fiber, inulin, monk fruit, and natural flavor). The sweetener is fantastic with no aftertaste at all but I'm thinking my body does not like the corn fiber. I know just about all corn is GMO besides organic so I suppose I could be reacting to that it could easily be the natural flavors listed here in sweetener and again as the last item of ingredients (natural flavors could literally be anything). It will be interesting to try a bite today before I eat anything or take anything else (I try to wait until noon for my first meal). So, we'll see! I'll update with that and a pic later.
