Thermometer works great in oven and outside grill.Decent range for Bluetooth device. Love the beeping alert when the food it’s measuring reaches the temperature set.

Set it to 135 and tried to grill a steak to medium rare. Came out medium well. Set it to 125, came out just shy of medium rare. I think this is maybe more accurate for something like a roast, but for a steak it’s just too far off to trust.

I’ve used these probes 3 times already and have produced a perfect brisket, prime rib roast and pork shoulder. Very accurate temperature readings. The app is everything I need for monitoring. It gives me the temperature and alarms when set temperature is reached. Only thing I can’t figure out is using multiple probes. I purchased two but can only get one probe to detect at a time. I haven’t had the need for dual probes yet but would like to see if it is possible. Still a 5-Star product.
