so, its not the prettiest thing, but it is so lightweight that when you dont want to look at it, you can easily pick it up and move it without even having to think about it. It truly works, and in large rooms too. We have it in the family room which is about 27 x 32 , so just under 900 sq foot room and it SILENTLY warms the room up, did I mention that it is SILENT. You feel the air gently leaving the unit but you do not hear it. Also, its not a heater that you go stand right up against and burn yourself on, it doesn't do that! I love it and think everyone should have at least one of these in their homes or aparments.

I was in love with this Sunkos heater in white. It was warm, did not smell AT ALL (I'm chemically super-sensitive), it's lightweight and sleek looking. When it's turned on you hear what sounds like a little plastic crinkle for 3 seconds, and the same when you turn it off. (no idea what's in there) Otherwise it is completely silent. The frame and feet are metal, control panel is plastic.ANYWAY, I got it right before Christmas eve and followed all directions-3 feet all around clearance, plug directly in outlet, didn't even keep it on for long intervals (not even 20-30 min on highest setting) because it warmed the room quickly. Still, on New Year's day it started emitting a strong burning plastic smell. I immediately unplugged it, let it cool, tried again. Same burning smell. I also notice that the mesh front is now no longer flat. It has to go back and I am so very disappointed. I can't keep playing with packing/unpacking and waiting all day for delivery because signature was required. It says what it is on the box and I can't have this expensive thing left out front only to possibly have the same thing happen again. By the way, not all of these reviews are for this heater, not all reviews are by verified purchasers, and many are reviewed after getting this product for free!! Shady seller!! Made in China, but what isn't?

It costs so much to run my furnace in the winter, and I have a condo that’s on the smaller side. Every winter everyone always complains that they’re cold when they’re in my house. So I decided I was going to find an electric space heater to use while we’re watching TV or having dinner, but I did my research because I wanted to know I was getting a safe one. This electric space heater from Sunkos has no coils, instead it had this really cool infrared mesh, and it heats up in three seconds! There’s a timer and a remote control and an app! I don’t even have to get up to adjust the temperature! I feel extremely safe and extremely secure knowing that it is just what I wanted! I love that there’s no sound, and it doesn’t light up, it just blends in with my furnishings! If you’re looking for an electric heater, I highly recommend this one! 10/10!

This heater silently puts out nice heat for a short area. The drawbacks are that it does not heat a room very well and that it uses a lot of electricity.

Just received the heater yesterday, and have used it once. Does what it says in the respect of heating the space. Heats up incredibly fast, and radiates nicely, at least in a small space of about 10 feet x 8 feet. I used the 'focus' mode at level 'P1', which was more than enough (claims to be 750W setting).Chassis gets very hot. No way I would leave this unattended for any period of time. Also, would not have a child or animal around this thing. Adults only, in my opinion. Also, my usage needs are only for short periods of time - I would not be comfortable running this longer than, say, half-an-hour at a time until I get more familiar with it.I like the user controls, and the remote. I have no anticipated need for the app features, so I'll stick with the remote.NOTE: As others here have said, the 3V button battery is not included, so, if you purchase this, go and get your battery before the unit arrives.The instructions are comprehensive, as are safety recommendations. The packaging was very good, and it arrived a day earlier than expected.The unit has a slight anomaly along the right front face - The frame is separating about 2mm from the grill. I have sent a query with pictures to the Sunkos team. I don't perceive this to be a deal breaker at this time. Maybe a manufacturing excursion .... Hopefully they reply.Overall, yeah. I like it. It's a nice foray for me into a non-convective heat. I am content, and hope it lasts a good while.I don't know how the extra hot frame issue could be solved, but that is the one item that gives me pause to not necessarily recommend this without hesitation. For me, it's fine. I will use it only when I am able to monitor it, and I'll be vigilant. Generally, I don't leave items that have heating elements unattended, but the special issue with this one is the potential of the frame to cause a burn if touched.Anyway - A 'yes' from the perspective of it does what it says, and the heat feels even and steady.A 'caution' about the frame getting hot-to-the-touch.EDIT UPDATESunkos replied quickly to my question about the frame separating slightly from the grill. The answer is that, generally, heating of materials can create some distortion, but does not affect operation. I tend to agree (given all my observations about the hot surfaces), and I think that this will not affect operation.

I've never had a heater this efficient at heating up a big room before. Super easy to use and cute design.

"EASY ENERGY-SAVING 50%"??? Nope, it doesn't work any better than a cheap space heater. That claim of saving 50% energy would defy the laws of physics for conversion of electricity to heat. Regardless of how to you do it, 1500 Watts of electricity equals 5118 BTUs (British Thermal Units) of heat. So claiming this heater is any better at being a heater are clearly false. Yes it's pretty and hi tech but it's actual function is to be a heater and it's pretty poor at that. It doesn't project heat it just heats up and the heat rises over the top. I tried it in a small room and it's not as good as a $30 forced air (fan) heater for filling the room with heat. Also hate that it turns off every 12 hours on its own and that can't be changed so you have to manually turn it back on. I hoped it would be better, it's not. Back it goes and back to the $30 heater which does a better job. Just goes to show you that hi-tech isn't always better.
