I just started using this product today. It's amazing for acrylic paint. I was able to save my palette when I had to stop painting the canvas while I still had wet paint. When I came back I opened the pallette and my paint was still fresh and moist. It's a small size which I like because I don't have a lot of room for a large palette. This is the best tool to keep acrylic paint moist, especially with Lucky Open acrylic paint. However, I was using regular acrylic from bottles as well as the tubes with great results. So Happy! No more frustration over acrylic paint drying up too soon.

Works just as described. Well worth the money

I do love this palette. I have left paint in there for a week and it didn’t dry out.The only thing I’m still trying to figure out is how much water do you leave in there because when it’s open and I’m using it, the paper starts to dry out. It’s a little annoying but not enough to lose stars.

This is a very small palette...good for someone doing miniature or small paintings or painting models, etc. It is very sturdy and I like the fact it comes with actually two palettes (one dry and one wet). You can actually have two we palettes by turning the dry palette over and placing the sponge over the shallow indents. I am not sure what the sponges are made from, but they left a black dye on by fingers as I was working with them. I would suggest replacing them with Masterson Sta-Dry sponges...you will have to cut the sponges to fit this palette.

I bought this for my husband as a gift for his Warhammer Miniatures and he loves it. It's a good size and helps extend the life of the paints. Super easy to use and comes with a good amount of paper.

As an aspiring artist this works great. The sponges are reusable. There are plenty of sheets but parchment paper does the trick too. Enjoy this paint pallet

Is it worth it? Its cheaper than the name brand competition but one half of the palette is very difficult to open. Top half separates no problem and you might be tempted to use this portion as the wet palette but its a bit shallow. It can be done but its not ideal and the bottom half is impossible to work with. You'll end up spilling your paint everywhere in an attempt to separate the pieces. To combat this, I shaved off a few millimeters of plastic with some rigorous sanding. If you want to go through the trouble its worth it. Otherwise its just CCP garbage as usual. Wait for a sale on the Army Painter palette and you'l be much happier. Buy once, cry once as they say or waste a few hours of your life doing what the manufacturer should have done.

Love the color and design. I wish that the top and bottoms were reversible. The paint looks great after a day. Even my hella dried out brown looks better. Still too thick but that's the paints fault. I was worried it'd leak but the sponge works great and doesn't drip so long as you don't oversaturate it.

Getting alot of use out of it. Comes with lots of extra paper and two sponge pads which will last a long time.

Everything fits together tightly, the sponges and paper fit properly and it's a great size. Much, much better than the homemade wet palette I was using before.I'll probably mod the inside of the lid into a texture palette, because there's plenty of clearance and I think it will last long enough to make it worth the effort.Recommended.
