Absolutely probably the best I have ever had! 🌹 the taste is nutty and aroma in the room while cooking is like Christmas! 🎄 will order again!

I get chestnuts every year from a local supermarket. Usually as many as half of them are un edible. these I got on Amazon are wonderful. All of them are fresh, none of them are rotten, and all of them are sweet and delicious. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Super excited to get these, total childhood memory. Chestnuts arrived with condensation inside the bag, which was worrisome. Dried them, then picked 10 to oven roast. 6 out of 10 were bad and had to be thrown out. Tried another 10, same scenario. Not worth the money.

I've ordered two 3 lb batches of these, and they've been pretty darn good. It's been fun preparing them different ways and sharing with friends. The vast majority of mine have been good Chestnuts. A couple duds here and there, but I'm very happy. I dinged one star because I thought they were supposed to come in the jute sacks which would have made fun gifts. I reviewed the current description text and it no longer, if it ever did, references the jute sacks. I hope to be able to order these again next year.

My chestnuts arrived and I cooked 6. All were fresh and delicious. I came back to order more and they were out. I panicked but waited 3 days and now they are back in stock. Guess what - I'm ordering again before they are gone. I would love to know where they source these because the ones I bought at local grocery were rotten and hard. Maybe the answer is in the product information.

I ordered the 4 lb. Size and only found 3 bad ones. They were packed in plastic mesh bags, which would provide more air circulation than the burlap, so maybe that's why there were so few bad ones. Overall I'm very satisfied & will probably order again.

These were really good, very fresh and only a few (less than 3% were bad. Reminded me of Christmas.

These were all rotten and not eligible for a return. Will not order again. Everyone of them were soft and either moldy or rotten inside. It’s ridiculous I can’t get a refund on something that’s rotten. Buyers beware!!!
