I love these vitamins. I took the prenatals during pregnancy because they had everything I needed and I couldn’t stomach any other brands. Now I take the over 30 women’s formula and feel encouraged to take them every day because they’re a very easy capsule to swallow and have everything that’s recommended for my age group.The only thing I’m confused by is this last batch of vitamins I purchased where the capsule is different. It’s larger and you can smell/taste the vitamins inside so it is slightly unpleasant compared to the previous capsules used. This is why I deducted one star. When I received this bottle in March 2021 I was a little skeptical because there was no label or note letting customers know that the capsule had changed, but I’ve been taking the new capsule for a month now and everything seems fine.For reference, I had been taking these from October 2020 - March 2021 with the old capsule, and my new order in March 2021 is when the capsule changed to a larger, smellier one.

I have been looking for a good, absorbable women's multi that DOESN'T have 2000% daily value of all B vitamins for a while. Because B vitamins can increase metabolism and energy, too many vitamin companies stuff their vitamins full of excess B and not much else, but too much of a good thing is definitely a bad thing with B - an excess over long periods of time can cause neurological symptoms and long-term nerve damage. My father suffered the effects of Niacin poisoning a few years ago when a chiropractor put him on an unbelievable dose of it. All that to say, I've been looking for a multi with more moderate amounts of B vitamins and a good variety of minerals, like zinc, selenium, and magnesium, and this one is the best I've found. I could feel the difference after taking them for a few days. I felt my energy was more balanced & sustained, and recently when my preschooler got sick, for once I didn't get it from her. My cravings for chocolate & junky foods, which have been intense for a couple of years, are finally abating. I'm definitely thrilled with what I've seen so far and plan to continue taking these vitamins as long as nothing flags as too high in my blood work. They do contain a lot of iron which I've been concerned about, but so far that seems to have been more helpful than hurtful. Bonus - they're small, smooth, easy to swallow pills with no weird after taste and gentle on the stomach, too. So far very happy with this product!

This is the 3rd Actif product I have purchased (used Actif prenatal & postnatal vitamins previously). I am very happy with this brand and never had any issues with it. This is a natural, non-synthetic, non-GMO, organic vitamins. Adult daily suggested dose is 2 softgels, during morning hours.I have tried several other vitamin brands, including prenatals, and had to return them due to stomach reactions or bad flavor. This never happened with any of Actif product! The multivitamin softgels are white, small and have no taste or odor and there are very easy to swallow. There are 120 of them, enough to last for 2 months.I highly recommend this multivitamin, as well as both Actif pre & postnatal ones !

These multivitamins are an excellent choice after having a baby. I was taking Actif prenatals and after I had my third baby, I switched to this Actif multivitamins. The small capsules are easy to swallow and digest. No side effects and helped me keep my glow even after having a baby. I took different vitamins when I had my second child and had a terrible breakout and lots of hair loss. But these multivitamins keeps my body taking the necessary nutrients I need while making me feel energized and stronger. Actif products are definitely the best choice. I love the fact that they use organic ingredients which is a plus for me. I totally recommend!

Very small and easy to swallow. No after taste. I take in the morning with food and it certainly gives me more focus. My digestive system has regulated and I finally got my menstruation after 2 years. I think the consistent vitamins contributed to it. It’s not a miracle pill but I think the nutrients are easily absorbable and has many benefits. I take omega 3 and magnesium along side this vitamin

These vitamins are amazing and definitely keep my energy up through the day. I love that they're all natural too!!

I’ve been taking multivitamins for years but this one is by far the best. I started with their prenatal vitamin and loved that it didn’t make me feel nauseous. I feel good about the ingredients and love that it is designed specifically for women over 30.
