Gets the job done and it’s comfortable!
I will try to update this review here in about 6 months.Five stars for the price and quality initially.I (5’7” and 230 lbs) am not a small lady. Finding a tub that is big enough, passable quality, AND comfortable has been difficult to say the least. This tub is all three.Things I like about it:- I can sit up straight and water level reaches mid chest.- the floor of it is padded and thick enough to not hurt my hips even though I’m sitting on the floor.- I can sit cross legged or have my legs straight with no issue.- It fits easily in my shower stall.- The smell of the material has already gone away. (I used and washed it once with dish soap. The smell was gone on second use.)- Clean up is easy. The first time I tried to drain it I had to wiggle my hand underneath to give the plug space to drain. The second time I used a hard plastic sink catch/drain cover under the plug which worked great. After most of the water is drained, you can just tip it up and drain the rest that way.- It folds! Just make sure it’s clean and dry before you put it up.- Oh! And the water stayed warm for longer than I wanted to stay in. So like approximately 25 mins? I’ll test the limits later.Things that I am neutral about:- Assembly is fine. The last T section might give some people an issue due to the tension but it’s definitely a one person job in most cases.- Material definitely won’t last forever both with the pipes and the tub bit. The pipes will need to be replaced eventually but they serviceable. I don’t know how I would go about repairing the tub if it got damaged.Things I hate:- nothing yet. It’s a good like tub.Over all I like it a lot so far.

This Bathtub Will Do The Job.
It arrived properly packed with all the parts and pieces. If you're not handy like me, you'll need about 25 mins and a pair of gloves for a good grip when assembling. Here's the most important tip for putting it together -- make sure the folding joints on the long sides face outwards (as stated in the instructions) -- that is how it will fold the tub when you want to stow it away. UPDATE -- I'm actually not sure which way to turn those joints to make it fold. I think another review here has some tips. Now for bath time: The inflatable back rest is great. The inflatable bum rest is just for optics. You can toss that and see Tip 2.Tip (1) -- Make absolutely sure the bath is lined up where you want it before filling it up -- like against a wall so you can lean your head back, for example. It is almost impossible to move it when it is filled with water. Water is heavy.Tip (2) Place a towel under your bum to prevent slipping and sliding once you have found your comfy position.(3) If you are placing the tub directly on top of your drain (and you probably will) you need to have a plan for getting the water to the drain. Something like a rolled up towel log placed under the tub, leading to the drain is an easy fix. It creates a path for the water to get to the drain and it doesn't really affect your comfort if placed from the foot end.Tip 4 - If you have no way to top up the hot water once you are in the tub (i.e. no lower faucet) -- drape a beach towel over the lower half of the tub to keep the heat in for longer. Works like a charm.I love this thing. The design is genius and it is worth every penny.I'm not in love with the cheesy prints so I got the plain one and it doesn't clash with my bathroom's color scheme.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT
**UPDATE**Recieved the Replacement & STILL have Issues with it!! The holes on the "t"s do NOT line up to keep it locked in!! If you look at the pics, the "t" is not made right & there is a ridge that prevents the tube to go all the way down to line up the holes for the little clasp to click into the hole. I'm NOT sending the product back at this point. My husband is just drilling out the holes so my 6 yr old can use the tub since we only have a shower!! I DO NOT recommend this product!! If you purchase it, be prepared for something to be wrong with it!!The product isn't too bad itself, except that the one piece where it folds I needed to replace. I had to send the entire thing back. Slow to ship the replacement. They recieved my return weeks ago & I STILL have NOT recieved the replacement!!
