Wanted to like it but just can't
Ordered this to use with my Pixel 2 phone. Wanted to like it but just can't. The short of it is that this adapter isn't recommended for this phone. My issues have been: It only works when plugging the adapter in a particular orientation even though USB C plugs should be able to work no matter which side is up. Secondly, when in my pocket (my main function) it constantly cuts out with regular walking (no exercising) and I have to unplug and then plug the adapter back in. Not sure if it is a fit issue with the Pixel USB-C port or if I got a bad one. The main Pro I had for this adapter is it's sturdy with it's braided cord and the length is better than the factory adapter, the packaging and extras are nice too, but unfortunately it's still unusable for me.

Great product and great service
Bought this for my Pixel 2 after buying a different brand that wasn't compatible. Quality is very high on this item. I use it to connect my Pixel 2 to my Bose Wave and also to the auxiliary connection in My 2009 Mini Cooper. Great product and great service.Update 10/25/18 Since my original purchase I have bought three more with great success. The one's that came with my Pixel 2 have stoped working. The connections are lose. Can't say enough about the quality of this product.

Fit is very loose
It works and sounds good but is too loose in pixel and pixel 2. If you jiggle / bump / think about touching the connection it will cut the headphones and will not come back.Should not that I originally had a much harsher review and the seller tried to contact me about the product but I had already tossed the box so I didn’t see the point in responding to them.

Poor connection
The sound is great when it works. But it tends to cut out whenever I hit a bump or if the cord shifts slightly. I am always having to reconnect and adjust the connection in order for it to function properly. Seems to be a common problem with most converters

Horrible
The wire connects and disconnects, I have to pull the adapter out and plug it back in constants. It sometimes works but then disconnects again. I'm surprised how bad it is.

So first one I got came fast came with USB cord and nice box. Complete junk. Talked to a Kevin he was great and sent me a new one. This one's does the same thing as before (makes screeching noise, doesn't play well would pause and make my device go funny ) they gladly sent me a new one. This one does the same thing NOT as bad if just chilling in bed if I'm cleaning the house and moving make for a harder play super annoying. Giving my honest opinion would buy elsewhere but works great when it works (using Google pixel 2 xl)
