I love this warmer! I have my coffee in a very big tall mug - it holds 22 oz and has a 4” base. This warmer keeps the coffee or tea at a perfect temperature from the first sip to the last. The warmer had 3 heat settings. I find the middle setting is more than adequate to keep my beverage hot. The smooth surface on the warmer is super easy to clean if there are any dribbles. I needed a warmer with a large enough base for my mug. This works perfectly! The heater circle is a about 3 1/2” but that is more than adequate to keep my 4” cup base at a perfect temperature. Besides functioning so well, the warmer is beautifully made, very handsome. The “button” to turn it on and select the temperature needs only a touch, no pressure.

So far this is working great. The hottest setting sure keeps your coffee hot. Have to keep an eye on it though. It will shut off after a time then your coffee turns cold. Other than that I like that it is big enough for my big mugs and for my regular cups.

Pro's - Looks great love the wood grain appearance, glass heating surface, on/off switch in front and easy to use - it is not a button to push it is a touch sensor, heats coffee and cup well.Con's - No auto on feature, does have an auto off after an hour.

I love coffee and drink it most of the day. For several years, I’ve been addicted to the insulated coffee mugs because they do such a good job at keeping my coffee warm for hours. However, I’ve missed drinking from regular coffee mugs. This device has given me back that option. On the lowest setting, it keeps my coffee at the perfect temperature. It’s simple but effective. And it fits in with the aesthetic of our furniture. Very glad I purchased it.

This is the nicest mug warmer I've ever had. I've owned probably 5 or 6 in the years since I've used one and this one not only looks the nicest but it gets way hotter. There's 3 temp settings and the middle one is just right, however I use the high setting for larger cups. Speaking of larger cups, I love how big and edgeless the warming plate is.

The device is large enough to support any size coffee cup. And it heats well but just at the bottom. So you need to keep a stirrer to swirl the drink. Otherwise it's room temp on top and only hot to taste at the bottom half.I just received it. So far so good. It's pretty and does the job with a tiny effort. Remember to touch it off. 👍

I've been using a one-speed cup warmer for years which also didn't come with an auto-shutoff. It was easy for me to forget the thing was on so I'd come back the next morning to baked-in coffee. :-/ And, further, the coffee wasn't quite warm enough when the cup was full and too warm when the cup got low. And, finally, some of my cups are too broad to fit the lipped surface on my old warmer.This model fixes all that. And it looks great on my desk.I only use the top two temps: High temp ("red" LED) for a fresh cup or to heat up a partial cup in the morning if I'm too lazy to walk into the kitchen and use the microwave--yes, I'm a heathen who rewarms yesterday's coffee rather than making fresh unless the pot's empty--and the next click down for the bottom half of the cup. I adore having this level of control. Your mileage may vary.The large, flat, lip-less, glass surface solves my issue with large-bottomed mugs. Makes it easier to "hit" the warmer when replacing my mug while the lights are dim, early in the morning. No need to wiggle the mug to avoid the non-existent lip.Have only had this for a few weeks, but the auto-shutoff has already saved my bacon more than once avoiding baked-on coffee. That said, I can be a slow coffee/tea drinker and 4 hours sometimes isn't enough. Still, one needs to make a design choice on a product like this and 4 hours seems right.And it looks nice, too.In short: Use it constantly and Love It. Recommended.

Middle setting does an excellent job of keeping beverages (tea & chocolate, in my case) 'drinking hot'-- not lukewarm, not scalding, just right for comfortable sipping. Be advised that a bit of caution is called for. The power control is not a switch or a buttion, but a touch point. That touch point is nice & sensitive, & the unit's initial setting is 'High'. Any time you come in contact with the thing, even very lightly, you'll want to check to make sure the Power light isn't on. Didn't take off a star for that-- just means the thing is easy to use-- but it's something to be mindful of.
