Dangerous
I have a 15" neck. When I put this on the first level deep tissue massage compressed so hard it didn't stop, I have to pull it off my neck. The second level was not quite as hard but still be very painful. It seemed like the compression level is set way too high. The third level was a more mild compression but couldn't be used if the clasp was latched. I returned it out of fear that using it would cause injury.

It made me feel uncomfortable.
Honestly, it made me feel uncomfortable. My immediate thought was what would happen if it malfunctioned? I did not like the way it made me feel upon placing it around my head and around my neck. Not saying it's wrong. Just not the product for me. Seems too dangerous. Hopefully for future purchases from this company we can move forward and try to better the outcome on making such a product more comfortable for sensitive beings. My opinion.
