I knew it was going to be a bit small but I got it anyway because it looked so good. It arrived (not a fast delivery, I have to say) and it is indeed beautiful. However, it isn't a doormat. It is too small and it is also too smooth, you couldn't really wipe your feet on it or use it as a bridge between the outside wet or mud and the inside clean floor--nothing would come off on it. However, as I said, really gorgeous. It is on my desk now, as a desk protector and mouse mat. And it looks so good I am going to order another one for my husband. It would also make a nice bath mat, I think. Just not a doormat.
