This is a fun set - great attention to detail, easy instructions and fun connection points, and makes a great display piece. This set also comes with Thanos and the Infinity Gauntlet, so when you get all of the Infinity War sets you can assemble all six Stones. It doesn't really need to come with Iron Man, but since when does LEGO provide scene-accurate minifigs? :)

Certainly a bit of a greedy move on Lego's part splitting up the set in that fashion, but ultimately this is still a great set and the complimentary set is not very expensive. To clarify there is a companion set that goes with this in an escape pod that fully completes the ship. Considering this set runs about $70 I can understand the frustration in having to spend another 20 to complete the ship 100%. But in fairness they have piece count to consider and this set includes 4 minifigures and an infinity gauntlet. Once complete it is much larger than I expected and once you get the extra set which I found at target for $15, the ship is simply brilliant and I am not that big of GOTG fan.Good set overall with some very unique minifigures.

I originally bought "Thors Weapon Quest" and I noticed there were some extra pegs. so I discovered that it combines with this Thanos Ultimate Battle set. so I had to buy this set. let me say, it is bigger than I thought. and over 150 steps. my 7yr old daughter helped put it together too. but after it was built I combined them. and it was epic. like wow. this was a very satisfying set, especially putting it together with Thor's Weapon Quest. Buy both sets. its awesome.One Drawback: Thor's Weapon Quest comes with THor, Rocket and Groot. And Thanos Ultimate Battle comes with StarLord Gamora and Ironman (and Thanos). neither includes Drax; the missing Guardian of the Galaxy. Oh well.

My son who is 8 enjoyed building this and playing with it. It's a good size for the price especially on sale. The Thanos figure is great and the Iron Man is especially detailed and cool. The ship has a good cockpit for the characters to be in and the top flips open as does the rear as well. Thanos comes with his Infinity Gauntlet which is really cool as well. For the Thanos and Iron Man this set is special but the ship is great for swooshing. Excellent colors as well.

I loved this set. The ship is a really nice orange color and has a really nice shape. The minifigures are some of the best I’ve ever seen. The main reason I got this was because of the iron man. It has a bunch of power bursts that you can mix and match to create really nice blasting effects that are fun to play with. Build wasn’t too hard either. Amazing!!!

The media could not be loaded.  This is a pretty good LEGO set.My first impression was shock because the final Guardian's Ship was much larger than I had anticipated. It's always a nice bonus when the LEGO set is significantly larger than what I had envisioned. Additionally, the orange coloring on the ship really pops and looks great in person. It's not often that you're able to find the orange LEGO bricks, so this a nice feature of this set.The 4 LEGO minifigs (three actually) are all great. Iron Man has wonderful designs on both his torso and legs and has the new helmet that flips open/shut. Gamora looks great as always. Star-Lord is pretty standard in this set. The real treat in this set is the large Thanos... he looks awesome and is the main attraction to this set. LEGO is really been doing a lot lately to encourage multiple purchases by connecting multiple sets... this is both genius for LEGO and dangerous for potential buyers because in the end you'll want them all.Another added bonus with this set is how Thor's Weapon Quest ( LEGO Super Heroes Thor's Weapon Quest 76102 Building Kit (223 Piece) ) fits perfectly into the back of the Guardian Ship. This is another example of how two LEGO sets can be combined to increase playability.In closing, I like this set and think it's absolutely worth the value if you're a big Marvel fan. I also think the hype and success of the Infinity Wars movie is going to increase the popularity of this set. There are lots of unique and exclusive pieces, which also increases the value of this set. There are a few stickers with this set, however, for a set this size, there aren't too many. BEWARE... when building the Guardian Ship, be careful as the ship is quite large, and if dropped, you're going to see LEGO bricks flying.I give this set a solid 'buy' rating and I don't think you'll regret the purchase. My 5 year old put this set together in a day, he had a blast doing it and plays with all of the avenger infinity war sets. Each set comes with a stone that fits in thanos gauntlet, so if your child has OCD like mine, he wont feel complete until he can put a different colored stone in ever spot on thanos gaunlet. I ended up buying EVERY set associated with this collection, so that my son could put each corresponding stone in the gauntlet...cost a ton of money, but at least they entertained my son, made him happy, and kept him preoccupied.

Es un Lego bastante genial. Se lo regale a mi hijo y le gusto mucho. Es de un tamaño considerable y a un excelente precio. Llego muy rápido y sin ningún problema.

Um dos conjuntos de lego mais bacanas que temos. O tema dos Guardiões da Galáxia animou bastante meu garoto, que é um grande fã dos personagens. Fica perfeito junto com outro conjunto menor ("Procura da Arma do Thor"), que completa a nave e vem com o Groot e o Rocket. Ficou faltando apenas o Drax.

It’s really cool set, pretty big. Make sure you also buy the set called “Thor’s Weapon Quest”, it’s a smaller ship that fits inside the Milano ship in this set. Very cool that you can put the two together.

Great, fast and sexy. Nothing says sexy like watching your girlfriend build Lego on the kitchen hardwood floor while your dinner burn into a crisp.
