On my initial purchase the seal on the jar was not completely sealed and the resin leaked around the top so it was impossible to open without breaking the lid. I was going to return it but thought against it as I had damaged the product and continued to use the resin. The spoon provided allows for the required dose to be scooped from the jar at room temperature and I place it in the mug I use for my morning green tea. It dissolves completely and is ok to drink. Thankfully I like my tea and coffee sweet so always use 2 sweeteners.It took a few days to really start feeling better. My skin is better and generally feel good mentally where I find I can hold my concentration for slightly longer than without. I sleep better and focus better during my work. My mood in general is much better too, but I have given up alcohol, which has also helped to improve my overall health and wellbeing.As the first jar was damaged I have ordered and received my second jar which is in expected condition, fully sealed and the lid can be removed by unscrewing. Happy with this product and think I will continue to use it instead of Tongkat ali.

It's my first time trying this product so don't have any information to give on it's benefits. All I can say is, it looks like tar, is gloopy like tar and the smell is not pleasant. You add a tiny amount to your beverage and you can hardly be put off by it. Depending on the exterior temperature, it can harden and difficult to handle or warm it up and maybe easier. You have to try and make sure you get the right product with the right lab certificate/results as it can contain heavy metals, although this apparently has been used by Ayurvedic medicine for a loooong time. At this moment, I'm deciding if it's something I will add to my health routine or not and just leave it by the way side. My advice is, do your research and be thorough.

This is my 3rd time buying shilijit. The first one I did not buy this particular one. That one was a bit dearer- the consistency was as you’d expect, I could spoon it easily and it had a slow flow.This is my 2nd time buying this particular brand. I thought maybe the 1st was a fluke- maybe the first one had been damaged somehow in transit or was maybe a slight reject or something so I gave it another chance.But the second jar was the same. When it arrived the lid was stuck on. The jar had got resin on the outside threads which means is was stuck down fast. I really had to pry it open and then it was everywhere on the lid on my fingers on the outside. And it is like glue. Trying to wash the threads doesn’t work because you’d have to soak it and scrub it under the tap.The consistency is like clay it doesn’t have any fluidity at all.I’ve still used it and I’m sure the properties are just as good, I definitely feel the benefit but I will definitely buy a different brand next time as it is so so messy trying to take it, my hands end up covered in it when I’m trying to take it.So it’s a couple of quid cheaper but not worth the saving for the mess it creates

I like this product - it’s hard to open and will dry out if the cap is not securely tightened. Otherwise, great.

Can't tell if this product works. Took it twice as recommended and was knocked out. Do not take it if you have to drive the day you want to use it or the following day. The sedation effects lasted nearly 4 days after take it on day 1.
