Didn't work
Unfortunately this has to be returned as it wasn't working when opened Christmas morning resulting in one upset little four year old. Money was refunded very quickly after return and a different one was purchased which thankfully works well.

Noice
Pretty great train, if you're in the market for something simple, like an electric train for a Christmas decoration setup. Steam effect is easy to set up with a little bit of water. Overall, well worth the price. Only downside is that it is a noisy little bugger.

Kids love it
We bought to put under our Christmas tree..the kids love it and think its cool to see smoke coming from it..,,yes it kinda loud but the speaker is on the bottom..all I did is put a piece of tape over the holes...no need to be cutting wires like other reviews I read

Great addition to our Christmas village
The media could not be loaded. This little train set is perfect. It's the perfect size for our Kitchen Island. It goes right around our Christmas Village perfectly. Bought for my husband.

Cute but Loud
The train is really charming, and it seems to be good quality for this price point. However, there is no way to turn the noise off while the train is on. And, the sound affects are very loud. They scare the crap out of our poor dog.
