an amazing product with wonderful tasting water, only the handle needs to be redesigned, because it is hollow now and falls off after a week of usage and is hard to glue again to the steel pin, because of the hollow inside of the porcelain handle keeps wobbling

I bought this product in a shop in HK, excellent service too.So the product is great, what about the availability and service in London??In London there seems to be no shops selling this, and no UK reseller on Amazon.co.uk. I find that very sad. Only reseller seems to be in France, but that is not great for service issues.So that would have to be only two stars:-/
