Great press!
Heats quickly, presses evenly.

Press not weighted properly. Temperature WAY OFF!
Heat press falls to the side or back when top is rotated. Put an infrared thermometer on it and the disparity in temperature is all over the place. It’s 60 degrees lower than the display and temperature differences all over the heating plate. Piece of junk! I would have returned this, but missed the deadline by 5 days. :(.

No instructions
I did receive a book with it, but there wasn't any directions at all for the hat press portion. Even the directions it did come were extremely vague. Good thing for YouTube so that I can figure out how to adjust pressure settings and make it work the way it should.

Was very unstable. Bought it for my wife and it would tip over when she opened it. Contacted the support team and was told the suction cup feet would keep it from tipping, they did not. The heat press was returned.
