This was supposed to be a backup power supply that I keep in my office. Charge process was much slower compared to original charger but for the purpose, that was acceptable. Used it only few times a month for the first year but when I brought it back home and start using more often, sometimes in June 2019, it eventually begun producing a chirping sound and finally failed after about two months .Back to square one now - it would be cheaper if I purchased OEM charger right away and spared myself from this frustrating experience.

As few other reviews mentioned this charger produces a continuous whirring sound. The output voltage is not around 16.5V as stated it is actually close to 17V all the time, this might degrade the battery performance over a long period of time.

I now have 3 of these chargers and have had them for over a year and do not have a single complaint. Love having the extra USB port on it as well. I am going to order another one!
