This product combines real floor maintenance performance with some cool bells and whistles (a talking vacuum). First of all, it has a roller pad instead of the old-school roller brush. This provides kind of a "buffing action" for hard surface floors like wood or ceramic. Instead of the harsh bristles of a regular vac, this unit is less abrasive and provides a better result (like the difference between brushing your teeth and polishing your teeth). This also does a great job of cleaning my carpets, from cut pile or Berber to fine Oriental rugs. And I noticed that I didn't see the typical "vacuum tracks" in the carpet like other machines leave. And it picks up all of the fur that the cats leaves behind (the real test).I use this to clean my hardwoods, as well. I've never much cared for the wet hardwood floor cleaners on the market because they leave behind a residue. However, the liquid cleaner dispensing and collection system in the Mamibot Flomo eliminates that problem. And the "buffing pad" delivers a good-as-new look. It isn't difficult and clunky to use like some of the old style floor and carpet cleaning systems, So, I have been able to improve the results of my weekly floor maintenance routine without extra effort.The unit is lightweight and rechargeable, so there's no stupid cord to get in the way. Plus, it holds a charge very well, more than enough to complete the floor maintenance of a 5000 sq ft house (provided you're not a complete and utter slob). And when you finish and power down, the exotic Mamibot voice reminds you to replace the unit in the charging stand. A nice and gentle voice (not my mom wagging her finger at me).Long story short, this is a great floor cleaning product that delivers on value. It's not a smart phone, it's a vacuum. It gets the job done and it gets the job done simply and cheaply.

I couldn't wait to assemble it as soon as I received it! It was very easy to assemble and user-friendly. You only need to rinse the sewage bucket. When it is dragged out, and all dust, dirt, sticky particles will be cleaned away. And the floor cleaning effect is good. After a full charge, it is definitely enough for a house of more than 3,500 square. The first time I used it, I was not very skilled and my arms were a little tired. Later, I found a way to save effort and my arms were not tired at all. You only need to pull with a little force and wait for the machine to drag you away. Double welting is also very easy to use. All corners are welted on the left and once on the right. It is clean and does not leave any dead corners. Highly recommended!

I cannot get this thing to work at all! It dies in about 5 minutes after fully charging, it barely sucks anything let alone dust. It leaks all over tue place. Was I given a used product?? I threw this thing straight in the garbage.

Works better than a tineco I had for a muchhh better price!

I've been using this item for a couple of weeks now, and I'm honestly surprised to see this item hasn't gotten more attention so far. Setting this vacuum/mop up is really simple, and once you have everything setup, using it is quite honestly a breeze. While attached to its included dock, this vac/mop has a self-clean function that does a thorough job. I will warn you, the self-clean function is LOUD, but it only takes 2 minutes. You'll want to run this sometime soon after you've cleaned up any wet mess, but it does get the job done, and leave the mop ready for its next use without any real user intervention required.Refilling clean water and emptying the dirty water tanks is straightforward, with both being easy to remove, fill/empty, and reattach. I also haven't noticed any leaks while using this item or while leaving it in storage. I explicitly left the clean and dirty water tanks with water in them for a couple of weeks just to be absolutely sure there wouldn't be any leaks. (I filled the dirty tank with clean water for this test. PLEASE don't leave dirty water sitting in the dirty tank for an extended period.) This vac/mop does do a good job of reclaiming water as well. My floor air-dried after use (as long as you disable the wet mop function then go back over the wet area to air dry!) within a couple of minutes.The self-propel functionality has been great and makes it easy to maneuver. Battery life is also more than sufficient to get all of my hardwood floors done (in my admittedly modestly sized home) with battery to spare on a single charge. Also, the on-board display gives enough info to be useful. During actual use, I would rank the noise level as "quieter than a typical dry vacuum" but "too loud to use while housemates are asleep." This is reasonable in my opinion--at the end of the day it's still a vacuum, they're pretty much always a little loud.Overall, I do recommend this. It's been handy to have around!
