These ear seeds are wonderful. My acupuncturist used to apply them to my ears, and I would continue to experience the amazing benefits for a few days after each treatment. However, I haven't been to acupuncture as often lately but still want to be able to apply ear seeds myself. This set is excellent because it comes with a large number of seeds and should last for a long time. It includes an instructional guide showing you where to apply the seeds on your ears, along with one tweezer and one auricular probing pen. While it's not the easiest to apply on your own, having someone help you will make it a lot easier.These ear seeds stay on and don't budge until you remove them. I think they are great to use at home when you can't see an acupuncturist.

I love these acupressure ear seeds. My acupuncturist used to apply some to my ears every session, but he had to stop using them because some of his patients weren't taking them off after 3-days as recommended, which led to the seeds becoming ingrown. So be sure to remove them after a few days if they haven't already fallen off on their own! They're easy to apply to someone else, but you'll definitely need a mirror to place them correctly on yourself. There's a handy ear chart and an auricular probing pen included to help you identify the best spots on your ears to use. The only issue I have with the seeds is that they're stuck so tightly to the plastic cards that it's very difficult to remove them for application. The provided tweezers are too thick to grasp the edge of them, so I have to pick at the corner of each one with my fingernail until it lifts away from the plastic.
