This simple little device has helped me keep a clear chest and to feel a bit less fatigued.I use it while reading, watching TV, or strolling around the house.It has reduced how much I cough, while making the coughing I do, more productive.It's way easier than an incentive spirometer. Just exhale normally through this gizmo and enjoy the benefits.

Exactly what I needed. I accidently left mine when I was discharged from the hospital. Quality is excellent and exactly as described. I just couldn't believe it was so expensive.
