Easily installed, and top quality. This product makes every time I need to use a hose very simple and enjoyable. No more unwinding and winding kinked hoses. I cannot over recommend this product.

Nothing I dislike about the product. It works just as it is designed, so far anyway. Also, installation for masonry was easy. Worth the money. I hope it holds up in the sun well.

I had been watching Hose Link on gardening shows for years and wanted one but just couldn't bring myself to pay the price. My husband surprised me with two for my 74th birthday! Gosh I wish I had just bought them years ago. They are so easy to use and they keep the garden paths trip free. They really retract with just a slight tug. No more hauling 100 foot hoses through out our gardens! Yes they are pricey but the time and effort you save is worth the price!

Sturdily built, rather heavy getting it in place, a challenge pulling it out to use - rather strong spring wanting to keep it rolled up, once locked out it works like a very well made piece of equipment. Rolling it back in, follow the manufacture's recommendation to control the recoil. Then close the hole the hose comes out, it is very inviting to birds looking for a home. Just a crumpled up plastic grocery bag works well, but cleaning out a house sparrow's gatherings are a challenge, no access door to aid cleaning, just pull the twigs and things back out of the hole the next time you pull the hose out. We'll see how it holds up next season. May be a little pricy if only good for one or two years, too early to tell just yet.

It was very simple to set up, appears to be heavy duty and the retractable hose worked fantastic!

The number one reason I bought this hose was to eliminate the need to crank or gather a hose as I age. It is a bit of a pull to extract, but I figure that's a good way to stay fit; and as far as the water flow, yes, it's a bit diminished - but I believed I liked a heavier water flow because I was in a hurry - this forces me to slow down, and isn't that a good thing? We bought the steel post as well and sunk it into the ground. It's holding solid, and it will be a snap to remove when the season is done. Overall, I'd buy it again, as the reviews are great. I wasn't interested in spending 50 bucks less and hating a lesser-value product. I'll take it, and i recommend it. The retraction is incredible. Worth every penny.

The wind up feature is the best

This was a great purchase. Recommend it whole heartedly. Use it frequently and has held up well.
