I got rid of all supplements but this and Solgar Lysine. The male multiple gives me all the vitamins and minerals I need, and in the quantities I require. Quality packaging - amber glass jar with metal lid.Outstanding shipping speed. Some might desire smaller pills, but that has never bothered me.
