Best Gluten/Dairy Free Pancake EVER!!
My boys are both milk protein intolerant. They also have food allergies and sensitivities as well. When my oldest son who is special needs had to give up milk he was devastated. It took ages to find a "cheese" he could have and pizza was even worse. By far though, pancakes where the worst thing to replace. One of his many issues is Sensory Processing Disorder, his oral issues are numerous. One being a VERY sensitive pallet, he notices a slight change in just about everything! I must've ran through dozens of homemade pancakes, and almost as many boxed mixes. None were even close to being anything he'd even sit next to, let alone eat. So, when he not only sat down next to a plate full, but took a big sniff, followed by an even bigger bite, I almost cried!Since then, he will eat nothing else. In fact, at his birthday party this weekend, he's having a birthday pancake stack! He won't eat cake because of the texture of it. I'm so thankful for this product and now for finding the ability to order it online!!I saw several people mention it sticking. I don't use a waffle iron but, I use a cast iron pan to do his pancakes in. All I do is give it a little (I do mean a light) spray before each pancake. Not a single one has stuck on me yet. When I make them, I make a whole box worth of them too and then refrigerate or freeze them for the week or two ahead. Then pop them in the microwave to reheat when he's ready for them. 1 box generally lasts us a week. Pancakes being a little bit over 4" and all, I don't think that's bad by any means.Oh and these pancakes are soo delicious that even my 13 yr old stepson can't get enough of them and asks for them when he comes to visit! Believe it or not, the kid is a very picky eater too. So, trust me when I say this pancake is THE best allergy friendly pancake I've ever eaten!

Even better than regular pancake mix
My son is allergic to wheat, egg, diary, nuts and soy flour , so finding the right pancake mix is a challenge. I bought 6 bags of The Cravings Place 3 years ago and my son stopped having pancake for about 2 years and suddenly asking for pancakes about 6 months ago. He finished all the bags so I thought I'd buy more at Amazon not knowing that the company has gone out of business. I finally found the Cherrybrook brand and bought one from a local store to try. My son loved it, it's better than The Craving Place mix. I tried it too, it's really good. Very fluffy and does not stick to your mouth. I mix it with almond milk, powdered sugar, Canola oil and cinnamon powder. The more you mix it, the fluffier it gets. I use Canola oil to coat the non-stick skillet (GreenPan). Don't have any problems. Just make sure that you wait until the edges are done. You can also remove the pan from the heat for a little bit, so the steam helps release the pancake, making it easier to flip.

Gluten, Free, Vegan Free And non-diary
I like that I can just add non-diary milk and it works every time. I have been using this for years. Then all of a sudden I cannot find it on the selves of Whole Foods and My Organic Market. Why because the latest fad like Keto has taken its place? Now I am forced to order in bulk (6) boxes. There are two of us we do not have room to store bulk so it is on the floor. In fact much of the gluten free items have disappeared off the selves replaced by vegan with pea protein and wow I am allergic to that. Put gluten free back on the selves

6 small boxes,. Taste very goood, kind of a lot of sugar,
So each one of these boxes has about one pound of pancake mix. I just made what I think was about half of one box, they were medium sized pancakes, and if either made eight or nine,. One cup of water and just about one cup of pancake mix. I ate all of them myself I'm pretty stuff but I do really taste the sugar. It's about 60 grams of sugar in one box.So bottom line I was expecting full size boxes of pancake mix but these are very small boxes,. And they definitely could have put a little less sugar in them so you probably don't want to eat more than a couple. Overall they taste a lot like real pancakes, they're not bad at all.Now my parents by regular pancake mix I just ask them how much they pay for their big box of regular pancake mix and asked how many ounces are in it and there paying about a dollar per pound. This stuff is probably about $6 per pound. I probably won't buy any more just for the fact that it's pretty expensive for the amount you get compared to normal stuff. having Celiac and being gluten-free sucks cuz everybody charges you out the wazoo, it's like they're punishing you for having a disease and taking advantage of you on the pricing.

Allergies? Well, then, this is the pancake mix for you to try
Fluffy, light and very tasty. Throw on your favorite syrup and serve with bacon followed by juice, and you have a very yummy breakfast or even dinner :-)I am allergic to eggs, and I have a hard time finding something that tastes well when it comes to mixes especially pancake mixes. I also have a sensitivity to buckwheat, and many pancake mixes that do not include eggs include buckwheat, which thankfully, Cherrybook Kitchen does not include buckwheat in their pancakes. Due to the sensitivity and the dislike of buckwheat (kids hated the buckwheat taste), I found this pancake mix.Whereas, I could find this in a few stores, I have to drive quite far to find it. I like being able to buy a whole case and have it always on hand, and not have to worry if the stores are out of the mix.My only con is I find these a little grainy. The taste is wonderful though.
