If you got the Bose 700 base module too, get ready to find every rattle in your house and piss off your neighbors. Impressive.

Exceptional by itself, but you should get the base module for amazing sound quality... I mounted mine above the TV...well worth the money price is 💰💰 out of 💰💰💰💰💰.

The first Bose unit I received updated all night after I hooked it up at 4:00 PM. When it continued to try to update, I rebooted it the following day at 2 pm and it never worked again, just acted like it was updating. Bose tried to get me to send it back for repair when I had only had it for one day (up to 4 week turnaround for repairing a brand new item?!), and had never even heard it. I insisted on an exchange, and they eventually agreed. Almost a week later I got my new one in. It’s been updating itself for almost 4 hours now. I feel like there’s no in sight with this thing. Will I ever hear what it sounds like?! If this works and Bose redeems themselves I will update the reviews. I’m skeptical.Update: two in a row that got stuck in an ‘update loop’ and could not communicate by any means. I never used either speaker once. POS. And the second time I have to repackage all of this and drive 30 minutes to the UPS store. Shame on Bose quality control.

You cannot go wrong for the quality of the sound from the sound bar and subwoofer.

This system was difficult to set up called Bose customer service, they stayed on phone with me for over 1 hour, it’s a kick assss system once set up right. I love it and the neighbors hate it.. great sound for a guy like me……. I highly recommend this product… but then again just my opinion…..

Sound is ok but it has been trying to update since October when we bought it. Now it drops sound contacted Bose they are sending me another but will probably be a refurbished unit

I bought this 4 years ago and I'm still kicking myself for the purchase. 1. It doesn't synch well with Bluetooth. 2. it doesn't sink well with HDMI. 3. it doesn't sound good with the fiber output. 🤷🏼‍♂️...not to mention that you can't see the buttons on the soundbar in a dark room, and if your remote isn't paired correctly with the soundbar good luck with guessing what button does what. Bose tried to make the remote "stealthy" but in reality all 3 components of this package are just horrible. 👎🏼 I have a Sony Bravia oled tv ~2020.
