Like the sound they make on the break and they roll very good. We use them every weekend and they have been holding up well.

We wanted to have a glow party this weekend and my old balls didn’t light up well. So I took a chance and these blue and yellow balls. They glow just right on the table you can play. Used some cheap paracord rope to line under the bumpers and make the corners pop out. Everyone had a great time playing pool.

Starting a display collection in my pool room. Don’t know how sturdy these are, but I never plan to play them on my table anyway. Price was acceptable and shipment was fast. Packaged nicely. Satisfied

I always wanted a second set of billiard balls for my table, and ones with something different. These are perfect! My son and I like playing solids/strips - and this adds such a great visual to the table while we're playing. An added bonus, our local school colors are yellow and blue - making this a perfect set for our game room. The set arrives beautifully boxed, and includes a cue ball with the red dots to help in aiming/hitting. The reason I gave these a 4 star instead of 5 is on the break - these balls do not seem to "break" the same way as others - meaning there just seems to be less movement. The balls on the edges will breakout, but we seem to be left with the center balls more together than our other set (breaking the same way and same force). My guess is that the material may just absorb more force than the others (but I am not a billiards expert by any means - just play in the basement for fun. This is just what we noticed from playing with this set versus our other traditional one). Other than that - we love playing with these in our solid/strip games and have even used these for our 9-ball games to just add a different look to the table. We are very happy with the set and my guess is will be using it often!

I purchased this for my dad who's eyesight is failing but loves to play pool. He can now tell the difference between solids and stripes. The yellow is white to him but the que ball has red dots so he can tell the difference.

The family enjoys the 8-ball dual color. Friends who play 9-ball, no surprise, don't like the idea of only two colors.

I think that these would make a great back-up set of billiards balls. For one thing, if a ball gets stuck in the table and you temporarily need a new one, you can tell these apart from the standard colors. Another reason might be people with eye problems or color blindness might be able to tell which is which better since these are all a standard single color. Overall the balls play well and are good quality. So for those looking for a little variation or just a way to make it easier to see which are solids and stripes, this set should fit the bill.
