Works great! I bought it to use on my 2014 Maserati Ghibli to reset the oil matinence message. Then later had the engine light come and was able to find the reason why and with this tool was able to find the trouble and fix that too. Best 200 bucks I've spent with Amazon. So as you can see, I'm very happy with this purchase

This saved me over a thousand dollars by resetting the oil/service wrench light on my Maserati Ghibli. I had my oil done by a third party which saved me over $1000, but no one can reset the maintenance light. And Maserati frowns upon resetting it unless you get the work done by them or they double check everything which costs you $$$. Thank you. This will come in handy year after year.

This is less a product review but hopefully a bit of information to aid to prospective buyers in the decision to purchase.As stated, the device performs three primary functions; EPB (57 makes), OBDII (auto plus five manually selectable standards) and oil/service reset (71 makes). Models and years within a given make are not all inclusive, so be aware that it may not accommodate a particular model/year even if it lists the make. There are too many combinations to list here but what is listed on the Amazon page and the manufacturers web site is incomplete and confusing.It also refers to “manual operation” for functions like TPMS, timing belt, etc.. This appears to just be an informational display to provide instructions so the user can perform that function according to manufacturer requirements (the scanner does not appear to actually communicate with, or directly alter the vehicle settings for the so called manual operation). Likely does not provide any information that is not easily accessible online, so probably not a good purchase if a manual reset is all that is needed.The manufacturer provides device software upgrades, presumably free, so it is reasonable to expect functions and compatibility to change over time depending on the version being used or discussed. Said operation not tested or in any way evaluated. As such, information provided in any review is subject to being outdated based on software revisions yet to be implemented.The instruction manual is very bare bones but functions are intuitive enough that it can be figured out reasonably easily. Note that a minor annoyance is that the ENTER key is often required to go back a page rather than the ESC key but it is not consistent.Specific to me and this review, the scanner I purchased (hardware 5.04, software 2.00) was with the immediate need to reset the service light on my 2012 Maserati GT and it did so successfully. As an aside to other Maserati owners, the light can also be extinguished by resetting the vehicle clock to a time/year previous to that which triggered the service reminder. Only drawback is that the day of the week may be incorrect.

This is the first device I found to actually work on the Maserati Levante SUV. It worked perfect to reset the oil change because most independent shops don’t have the tool to reset other than Maserati. I selected Maserati and scrolled to Ghibli and clicked reset.

This is only for Maseratis 2016 and below this item does not do newer cars stay away from this product
