Well i was very sceptical about this, I had read all the reviews which seems good but like anything its hard to make a judgment on products like this when sizing can be an issue.I am a size 14/16... (16 on the top and 14 on the bottom.) So to start with i was confused looking at the amazon size guide along with the pictured size guide given for this item... as both seemed to say different for a size 16! The size guide next to the size selection tab said XL and the one in the pictures said a size L... which was NOT helpful at all to be honest. So after reading some of the reviews and peoples size choices, i went firstly for the XL. It did fit me...but only after much tugging, straining, muscle pulling, moaning, groaning and sweating! ...and once on the effect was outstanding, i couldn't believe it was me with that lovely hour glass figure in the mirror! I also then ordered the XXL afterward just to try it, and this option was MUCH better, it seemed a slightly bit longer too so covered a bit more front and back without riding up, plus, even though its still a very snug fit and does the trick, it doesn't feel like my lungs will jump out my mouth any minute when i'm sat down with it on, and it didn't make me feel too much like i was sat or walking like a Thunderbird bolt upright.... Always a bonus!!!I am truly impressed with this item, it looks great under clothes, great to work out in, gives a wonderful figure shape and pulls in just in the right places that its needed for a perfect hour glass figure.. which i NEVER thought id see on myself! So lets hope over time as i continue to train this will help adapt my waist more and i can take it down to the next size hooks (which are pretty much equivalent to the XL that i got to start with so that's also a bonus!). On another positive note ladies... it does wonders to enhance your cleavage too!!! ;-)

The product arrived on time and neatly packaged. I am a size 16, and the XXL was a neat and comfortable fit. The corset is very discreet and could not be seen under my dress.After 2 days, I noticed that I could feel my stomach muscles working and my posture was much better, as I was more upright.The corset is neatly tailored and strongly stitched (not stretched at the seams)I would definitely recommend this if you want a sleek and shapely look :-)

I'll be quite honest...it's a poor fit. I expected it to be corset-ish but what it actually does is not very much. What it really does is makes my boobs a really odd shape and puts a weird indent in my middle making my belly pouch stick out much the same as it does. I'm a size 8-10 with my belly pouch and if you bend or put this thing on it leaves a nice obvious 'LOOK I'VE GOT A POUCH' maybe a smaller size might have given a flatter appearance but quite honestly..save your money and do some sit ups or put it towards something you really want. It's not flattering but it's alright for Halloween.

Arrived on time, however even though I consider myself a medium.. a medium in this fitted initially way to small, I had to heaven myself to even do up to the first line of hooks.. there are 3 optional .. after 1st use it became more comfortable probably because I stretched it out a little! BUT I can only fit to the first row of hooks any more and I'll be squeezing my guts out. I also have to pull it down as it does ride up, but not sure if this is because it is so tight. Note: go a size or 2 up in this i should have gone for large.. then at least I would have more options or hook rows to use, especially if I want it tight or looser fit around the waist. On a positive note this is a good quality trainer and is secure, as I have done light stretching excersise in this and it has stayed in its shape and is comfortable without it coming undone it has a zip and bra like hook for extra security

It's alright. Sinches you in fairly well. My issue is it's really uncomfortable to sit in, and if you bend over the boning bends sharply giving you weird bumps and pokey out bits.I'm a 12 and bought a med and it fits ok.

This waist trainer is great! The price is affordable and is really good quality. I was a bit sceptical as the price was low but the materials that is made with is good quality and sturdy. I have now been using it for a good week and have gradually increased the hours I wear the waist trainer for starting at couple of hours per day for the first 2 days to now wearing the waist trainer for 10-12 hours. The waist trainer is comfortable to wear all day and also work out with. I have found that the waist trainer has constricted how much I eat which means it’s doing exactly what it’s supposed to and when I do wear it it gives me the hourglass body that I always craved for I will continue to use this brand and hope that I will be able to get a smaller size in months to come.

The first ever purchase was great and held everything in nicely but bought 2 others since quality has deteriorated. And with the new ones it lost elasticity within a few days of wearing it. Disappointing

I have begun using the product for a couple of days, and for long hours as well. The product fit quite well, and the quality is really good. It gives good shape and improves posture. I like the part where it left the chest area open so it's not suffocating and it does give a good lift so a better shape appearance. Even when sitting, it's still comfortable and breathable, and it help improve posture. The tummy control function could be better as the effect is not what I hope it'll be. Nevertheless, it's a good product and I would recommend it to other people.
