Works as advertised but was a little difficult to get installed but I was able to get it in finally after lowering the back seats.

I recently purchased a cargo cover for my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! Item arrived a week late. Amazon delivery status never updated past "Out for Delivery." Requested and was granted a refund by the Amazon chat rep before finding out item was just delivered. Seller said the opposite, that I had to pay again (or return the item). I'm returning the item, especially after attempted installation (btw the instal demo video is way too fast, had to slow it down as much as possible) and realizing it doesn't fit this car at all. Also, the clasps are completely different than the ones shown on the video. The screws and bolts are just extras which is cool but not needed. The width of the cover is wider than the sides of the trunk, and it doesn't have the track to slide it back as it shows on the video. Nowhere to hook it on when pulling it all the way back, only one side but sorta not really. If you do that it'll snap back like a rubber band. Not fun. Half hour wasted. Now need to return it. Save yourself the time and effort and get it from the Lincoln website. You pay for what you get apparently. This will only fit a 2023 Corsair if you tape it back with duct tape lol

I've been looking all over for this for my 2019 Nautilus & it fits perfectly.

This is just OK. My wife has a hard time operating it which makes it almost worthless since she is the primary driver of the Nautilus. I think the Lincoln cover for more money would have been a better value.
