I bought this steamer for business travel, so I tried it out two times before traveling and it worked well. When I actually needed it for travel, it worked well the first day, but the second day it stopped heating in the middle of ironing a shirt. Since then, I tried it again when I returned home and still no heat. If I push the steam button, it does turn on, but no heat. I am so disappointed because the size is perfect for travel.

Soo.. the iron/ steamer itself is amazing. It’s quick, and accurate.. but the cord has woven fabric over it which causes kinks and the underneath to poke out quickly. And the cord is 3ft or less.. which may sound like alot but if you’ve got a long dress hung up.. you can barely get it all stretched out without having to have someone hold it close to the plug.
