Mirafit Deluxe Hi-Density Foam Roller Sports Injury/Massage/Workout/Yoga/Pilates

Bought it mainly to roll out the tight muscles after a workout and it works great! It's a little bit painful/too hard on tight muscles or for someone who doesn't foam roll often (my friend tried it and she much preferred a slightly softer one). Although it's hollow in the middle, it's very sturdy and does its job well!

This roller is made from high quality material and is fairly light weight. It is strong enough to support a lot of weight.

Really helpful for a chronic pain sufferer, I have bad hips and a bad shoulder. Using this is saving me money paying a professional to massage out my aches! It works really well! 4 stars as no user manual included, would have given it 5 stars if there had been one.

I LOVE my roller...at first I used it twice a day to get the kinks out of my upper back, click click click, yesssss...it works for me. I use it much less now, and am not bothered by persistent back issues where I have to pay someone to straighten me out again, I just have a gentle roll and relax on the roller. I get the best results by taking a deep breath while lying on it and then exhaling and allowing my body to relax. It will always come with me when I go away, essential. One thing though...I managed to roll onto my hair, always tie your hair up if it is long! Loose clothes can also become trapped under the roller, so tight clothes and tied hair are best.

Great. Colour is exactly as it is in the picture. Really good for sore muscles. Only thing is its a little squeaky, but it does mean you can't hear your back clicking which is a good thing!

I weigh 84kgs and it's as sturdy as ever over 2 years later on! As Foam rollers for under 20quid go, couldn't be happier!
