This product does work. Like anything else with toning and exercizing a muscle group, it takes time. Even in not feeling much in the way of a tingling - even at higher settings, I did/do have noticable results each time I use the device.It even states in the phamplet that you may not even feel it...but that does not mean that it's not working.Using a conductive serum or aloe vera gel assists in conduction and prevents drag across the skin. I am excited to see what kind of longer lasting results I obtain when using in the longterm! For the price, the quality of this device exceeds my expectations.The portability with taking on trips is definitely a plus!

There’s a little beep that guides you when you have to go to the net section on your face. You can use it with any serum to help it glide on your face. It’s like a workout for your face! 10/10 recommend!

I really wanted to love this thing. I read ALL the directions a few times while it charged. Went step by step and the best I got was a painful feeling like I was getting stabbed with needles. Yes, I said 'the best I got' because there was pain or nothing at all. I tried everything. High speed, low speed, gentle pressure, heavy pressure, turn it sideways, wet face, dry face, lotion etc... The was no muscle lifting, no tightening of anything like the videos showed. Maybe I got a dud. I returned it.

It's so helpful in de-puffing my face and especially after repeated daily use you can totally tell the difference! 5-10 minutes every day. Make sure to start on a lower level and work your way up. Everyone has a different sensitivity level!!

I've received two now that haven't worked. I've charged for 2-3 days and tried it in between. Nothing - the lights came on and it beeps but that's it. I don't know if it's supposed to vibrate, buzz, etc. Unfortunately, they are both defective and I'm done. Seems to be a reoccurring issue with this product from the reviews. Also I received replacement and then returned both. NEVER received refund.

I returned this product asap. It didn’t roll or vibrate on my face. So dissatisfied.
