Doesn’t last long
This is the second one that I’ve used In the last year, I just bought a third one because this one is now hard on my back one of the massaging nodes Is shaking it sounds like it’s rattling and it keeps turning off and on when it turns on it feels like it’s sending a joke up my back i’m trying to figure out how to send it back. Bought this in May and it’s September it didn’t even last year a waste of money

Amazon should not let sellers change the product assigned to an ASIN. The positive reviews for this product are actually for a different product sold by this company (CooCoCo Massage Mat with Heat, which is not listed under ASIN B0CR6BCMQF).I already own that product, and gave it a good rating. But this "replaced" item is not worth buying. As the few reviews specifically addressing it state, the vibration is far too low to be effective. Rated "Do Not Buy" by this actual reviewer.

I like it! But wish the heat & vibration cycle was longer and controls more intuitive
I use this heated massage mat lying on my bed, rather than sitting in a chair. The controls were a bit challenging but after I figured out how to click through the vibration modes, which cover various parts of the body and varying patterns and intensities of vibration, it was fine. The heat and vibration operate for a pre-set time and then turn off. That can't be adjusted by the user. I find myself resetting the pad to so I can repeat the cycles several times, which will probably reduce the life of the product over time.
