When I first laid this out, I loved it. After a couple of uses, it doesn't vibrate as much as I'd like it to and definitely doesn't heat up well enough. It is relaxing though and I still feel better after using it, but for that price, I don't know if it's worth $80. I suppose others could be in the $100's, but I'm not made of money, and this was all I could afford (I bought 2 of them- with one as a gift) and I guess I was hoping for more with my sore muscles. This is the second one that I’ve used In the last year, I just bought a third one because this one is now hard on my back one of the massaging nodes Is shaking it sounds like it’s rattling and it keeps turning off and on when it turns on it feels like it’s sending a joke up my back i’m trying to figure out how to send it back. Bought this in May and it’s September it didn’t even last year a waste of money
