I bought this laser machine back in Mach 2024 and have been using it religiously four months later still no result. it is a waste of money for me!

First experience with this type of device and pleased with the performance, obviously requires more time to work through this system than your basic shaver but the long term results are far more pleasing! Simple to use and the system is a quality product! Very happy with it! It comes wonderfully packaged and the instructions are clear and simple. Comes with shades to protect your eyes, all in all, superb!!

On receiving the hair laser as a gift for Christmas I followed the instructions, comes nicely packaged, has the device, charher, 2 x razors, sunglasses and cloth.Lots of info on instructions.Confusion contact information should you need to contact.After 3rd time using it staring burning itself on the bottom right edge of the device as you look at it.So contacted UK email, no reply over a week so forwarded on to the eu/China email.Got a good responce time, understanding, a new device sent out, updated. I queried why this may have happened as I followed instructions, got reply back which clarified the steps I took.I used the new device a week or so later as didn't want it to happen again, but the company wanted to check things, so washed, shaved, dried, wiped the devices down with the cloth, used older one to do face an bikini as I thought more chance of missed hairs which could contaminate the laser area. Used new on armpits and legs, started off on level 1 for few zaps each level to 9 for legs and started burning in same place as other one.The hold of the device is good and ergonomic, the settings are easy to use, I really like the device. Been using it for over 2 months at 2 times a week, think im seeing some effects, armpits and legs. Big toe seems ok, not sure about face, bikini seems to be more stubborn possibly a slight slower grow rate but definitely needs more zaps. Good device, shame regarding the burning issue, not sure if design fault or just over sensitive to impurities but I have washed and shaved, wiped device as instructed so not sure what else to do, but will continue to use and hopefully avoid any major burning issues.Months on now, I have increase intensity to 9 on bikini and taken the stings in the lower areas, growth seems to have slowed still doing about 2 times a week to week and a half depending on whats happening in life, legs armpits and face seem good, still shave just incase before zapping and have started to do fingers and tops of hands

I brought product to try and it has limited how often I shave my legs, because I do lot of fitness and showering my leg hairs were growing at rapid rate. I was having to shave everyday!I’ve been using this product for a few months and I love it, I am currently only shaving once a week and using this products only twice a month currently.If you want smooth legs, this not a quick fix, but if you go in for the long haul it really produces results which you will like!So far I would recommend this as a good option for people looking to reduce hair growth. I don’t expect to completely get rid of it for good, but even professional treatment won’t do that. And at the half the price of 1 course of treatment this looks like it could be a much more cost effective option too!

I've been using the device for several weeks now and it works better in some areas than in others.The hair on my legs is very fair so it doesn't seen to be doing very much there (and this is clearly stated in the product description regarding the effectiveness based on hair colour) however on my underarm and bikini area I am starting to see results.It is simple to use, but you must make sure you read the instructions carefully before use and wear the safety glasses.Well worth the investment in my opinion and although it will require upkeep, it's still a lot cheaper than having it done at my local beauticians.

I used this IPL exactly as directed and the device started to set on fire leaving scorch marks on my leg! Its started to burn inside the flash window
