The unison ring was fine, but the vanes were too tall
Bought for the GT37VA turbo for a 2007 6.0 powerstroke f250. The unison ring was fine, but the vanes were too tall, when reassembled and clamp tightened down the unison ring seizes, used the old cleaned up vanes and the new unison ring and worked fine when tightened. Recommend just the unison ring, vanes are too tall and will not function when reassembled and mating clamp tightened down.
