MSM Powder - Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (500g) 100% Pure, Vegan, GMO Free, No Additives

I have been using MSM Powder from 2012.It was really difficult to find this substance as a completely dry powder. It always come either a bit or very wet substance.Peak Supps is the best quality. Absolutely dry.I don't remember when was the last time I had it so perfect.Peak Supps thank you for the quality of the product.

I have been taking this supplement for just over 1yr and for me the results have been great.My joints have improved considerably as well as thicker and quicker hair and nail growth (but this was also in conjunction with me increasing my dosage intake and taking other supplements).Also, I have taken this with different types of vitamin C from Camu Camu powder to organic vitamin c powder, fresh lime...currently I’m taking this supplement with freshly squeezed orange after my first glass of water in the morning. For me it ‘feels’ less acidic on my stomach and I saw improvement in my skin.And make sure you consume fresh water regularly throughout the day, as I had a dull headache for the first 10 days when I first started taking this (I’m a migraine suffer so a dull headache is walk in the park for me), which disappeared and has never returned since.

Packaged well, good detox health product but taste is pretty bad even with juice so drunk it up quick and build up slowly as with anything like this it can upset your tummy if you're not careful. Big bag, will last a while. Good brand, price ok, go for it.

As the title says, doesn't taste so good. That's why it's much cheaper than capsules. It blends fairly well into sour things though. I haven't tried it in juice. I take it with my homemade sour milk kefir, a whole level teaspoon, and barely taste it. Ive only just started taking it so can't comment on any special effects. I'm hoping my constant dandruff issue that I've had on and off since a teen, will clear up.

I bought this to add to my beauty serums so can’t comment on the taste or pain relief aspects .So for the beauty serums this product works well it mixes in easily, but I cannot comment on the results as I’ve only just started using it , but will update this review further .As for the amount 1 kg of this stuff is a massive amount, far too much for just beauty serums so I think I will look into taking this orally as well as I’ve heard really good things about MSM

I find that MSM is good for arthritis pain (in my hip). I take around 6gm morning and evening before bed. My hip tends to twitch, which is very unpleasant and stops me from sleeping. MSM stops the twitching (bliss)!!

It’s such a good size, mine has lasted for ages! It’s helping me through my old age lol!
