It works!
I didn't expect much (just love the smell of lavender😅) but the product exceeded expectations, I started sleeping soooo good and feel more relaxed. Highly recommended!

Sensitive Skin? Steer Clear.
I used these footpads the night I got them as I was excited to try something that would detox and help me sleep better. They adhered well to my feet both sideways and long-ways, and I was happily tucked in bed when the burning started. At first I thought it was tingling, and I was excited that the pads were working, but the sensation grew until the burning began to hurt. After about 1 hour (total time from putting the pads on my feet) I had to remove them and was left with a red patch that faded an hour later. I checked the ingredient list (I'm not allergic to anything) and I was familiar with all the ingredients listed having used them before without incident. So, I assumed the pad I got was a dud and moved on.However, I just tried the pads against last night and the same thing happened! I think people with sensitive skin (like me) should avoid using them. There's just too much potential to fall asleep and accidentally burn yourself.

Good for detox
I got these from my mom around Christmas time. She has used them a couple times and helps her relax after a nice soak in the bathtub.

Guys… this thing smells like BBQ!
I have tried this style products multiple times in the past. 10 years ago when this came into the market, it was very popular, but I think it was quickly classified as a on affective gimmick. And saw the popularity faded to be honest I like to believe that these foot patches do work as promoted. Unlike all of the other patches I have used this one literally smelled like barbecue at the the time of removal! Seriously, the craziest thing, but it smells exactly like BBQ sauce! (not lavender) I don’t know if anyone else who use this product can confirm having the same experience or if my feet smell like delicious grilled BBQ in the morning but please if anyone has experienced the same thing I’d love to know!Honestly, it’s a little disappointing that there is no refreshing smell of lavender, but it does seem to improve sleep or maybe it’s just something I want to believe overall, no general complaints and I like the packaging. I do want to note that these are made in China even though the packaging says it’s formulated in the USA. I noticed a lot of products from this brand are made in the USA but this one for some reason is not. Overall, the only reason I would suggest trying this product is to see if you experience the barbecue smell that I experienced. JK but seriously it’s not bad if you like this sort of foot treatment.

Smell
I'm a regular foot pad user, and I hated the smell of these. I won't be buying again.

Final pad look was interesting...
Let me start out by stating… I am not a doctor, nurse, physician, or any form of medical practitioner. This review is purely about my experience using the product and should not be considered medical advice. Please consult with your doctor before adding this supplement to your routine. That being said…I’ve always like foot pads for detox, and these were pretty decent. The picture shows what appears to be something being pulled. With these pads and their various ingredients, it’s hard to tell if they are working or not. We’ll see, but I cannot say with any degree of certainty that it relaxed me, but then I will need to continue the use of it and see.Overall, it was very easy to get it applied, simplistic. Wash your feet, dry your feet, peel and stick to the center of your foot, and the cover with socks to prevent them from falling off, should they do that.Your socks may pull on the adhesive as you slip them on, nothing major about that, just pull them over the patch and that will prevent it.I would say the only thing that was weird was that the pad became very fluidic (squishy) when I had to walk on them after a bit on my feet when using the bathroom. Once I removed them and cleaned off the residue from my soles, I could tell they were sticky from being on my feet, more likely a by-product of the ingredients in the pad.Currently priced at $11.99 for 10 pack, 2 in each pack, obviously. Expiration date on package was June of 2025…

Not Completely Sure What It's Supposed to Do
Even after reading the description, I'm not sure what this product is intended to do. I know the soles of the feet are quite sensitive to anything put on them, so I was willing to see if the foot wraps helped with my sleep issues. I have tried it twice, and I don't know if it helped with my sleep, but my feet didn't cramp like they sometimes do at night. The adhesive certainly does the trick--the wraps stayed on all night long. The surprising thing is that when I removed them the next morning, the pads smelled exactly like barbeque sauce. At least I didn't smell like it. Also, the patch where the active ingredients are turned black and slimy-looking. I went back and saw that one of the ingredients is charcoal so maybe that accounted for the black color. I've used two of the patches and intend to use the rest of the package. Whether I reorder remains to be seen.
