Extra Long Height Adjustable Folding Walking Stick

The overall length tops at 98 cm, NOT 100. But it's one of the tallest that exists. Trust me, I looked for this kinf of stick for days, on dozens of websites :-)It looks classy (but is definitely not).The length for me is perfect (I'm 185 cm tall, use the 3rd hole).The derby handle has a good shape; the hook suspends to my arm easily and stays. Very convenient when I must search my bag.The manipulation to fold or unfold the stick is quite easy; the elastic is tense, but I guess it will smooth with use.BUT, I don't like:- the handle coating chips off easily.- the plastic seals between each segment of the stick come off often (I think they are meant to protect the elastic); I must put them back in place every 4/5 manipulation, that is annoying.- the joint between the segment are not perfect; the stick wobbles until I put my weigh on it, and sometimes even after.As a conclusion: I keep it because it is a pain in the ass to find a tall foldable walking stick; but for that price, I hoped better.

I was concerned that the stick wouldn’t be long enough for me 6’3”, although it’s slightly shorter than my orthopaedic stick it is still really good, sturdy & folds away really nicely,Perfect for travelling & everyday use. Yes the handle does chip, but not unduly. The handle has a really comfortable feel. I would certainly recommend

Works as advertised. Folding is especially easy, and important, for travel on trains and planes. Easily supports my 90+ kilo weight. The handle was a bit small for my hands so I wrapped it and now all is well.

A bit clunky but overall one neat caneFits nicely into my bag too, and is about the width of my wheelchair so it stops my bag from falling off my lap

The interlocking sections of the stick don't fit together entirely solidly which causes the stick to bend along its length when weight is put on it. This can be a bit alarming. The other problem I've noticed is that the ferrule has a small circular indentation on the base, not enough to give grip on a slippery surface, but enough to collect dirt when using the stick outside, and difficult to clean.

This was our last attempt at trying to find a folding walking stick that would be the right size for a tall person. This one did the job as opposed to the others we bought (unfortunately for us!). The handle is comfortable and is ergonomically well-designed for a big hand. The real test will be after we've done lots of walking on our trip next week. Highly recommended for a tall person althoug it is adjustable and would also fit a shorter one.

My Step Father is over 6 ft and was using a cane that was too short. This cane was a huge hit as he did not have to lean over.

Smart and fit for purpose, what more can you ask of a walking stick?
